What really moved me and decided to praise me was one thing that happened after I checked out. After I left the hotel, I found that my wallet was accidentally left in the room. At that time, the whole person was panicked. There was not only cash, but also ID cards, bank cards and other important documents. Once it was lost, it was very troublesome to re-issue. I was anxious and blamed myself.
Just when I was overwhelmed and ready to contact the hotel for inquiries, the hotel staff actually contacted me as soon as possible, very patiently informed that the wallet had been properly found and stored, and carefully checked my message! From this matter, you can see that this hotel is not only in place with hardware, but also with a strong sense of service and responsibility. The staff is attentive and responsible, responds quickly, and really puts the guests' affairs in their hearts, reflecting professionalism and temperature in the details, so that people can feel a full sense of security and the feeling of being valued when traveling outside.

GGuest UserConvinced, I have been living in Tianfeng before and have a membership. This winter vacation came to Shenmu to continue to live, and found that it was not as good as before. Mainly breakfast problem, time 7-9, earlier than the end time of the general hotel, and there was no fruit for the last half an hour, and I didn't see the watermelon once after staying for a few days. This is simply unbearable for a fruit star. I asked the restaurant waiter to add it and said that it is not added now? ! ? ! I really thank the service industry for doing this. I really don't have a sense of service in Shenmu. I have proposed it and been rejected. I am going to change the hotel today. Now sit in the dining room and watch the fruit model.

The room is fully equipped, the bed is comfortable, the bath water is mild and the water volume is very satisfactory. The breakfast is rich in variety and tastes great. The overall environment is quiet and suitable for rest. Highly recommended, will choose here next time!
