I arrived around noon, well before check-in time, and although my room wasn’t ready yet, the staff kindly allowed me to use the hotel facilities in the meantime. That flexibility made the early arrival feel easy rather than inconvenient. When I finally entered the room, it was exactly as the photos had promised—spacious, bright, and comfortable. There’s always a small risk that pictures online oversell reality, but in this case, the room truly lived up to expectations. During my stay, the local temperature was around 17–21°C, which was quite pleasant outside. However, the heating inside the hotel felt a bit too strong, making the room warmer than necessary at times. It wasn’t unbearable, but I did find myself wishing for a little more control over the temperature. The only other area that felt slightly underwhelming was the gym. It wasn’t unusable, but the equipment did look a bit dated. A refurbishment would definitely elevate the experience and better match the overall standard of the hotel. Overall, Hotel Eurostars Palacio Buenavista offered a peaceful setting, practical conveniences, and a room that delivered on its promise—just with slightly overenthusiastic heating and a fitness area that could use a refresh.
