People are friendly, location is good, but washroom is not clean🙂

The rooms were very clean and tidy, and each room was in its own small building, which I thought was excellent. Check-out was at 12 noon, so after watching the sunrise over the volcano and returning home, I could have enjoyed a free breakfast and even take a nap. Overall, it was a good experience.

The overall environment of the homestay is OK, just near Bromo, standing on the second floor of the homestay can directly see the volcano. When I went there were not many guests, so I arranged for us not to face the street, and I was not noisy by the motorcycle. I thought there would be no shower facilities before I checked in. The result was not only hot water, but also very pleasantly surprised. A big bed and a small bed, the price is more reasonable. The only problem, I hope to attract attention: I found on Google Maps that the old store that has been closed, the new store that is open for normal business can not be found, and even the local chartered driver can not find the new store, causing communication difficulties.

Excellent views to mount Bromo. Restaurant has good menu and food is delicious. Room is clean enough and spacious for the family room even though has old looking and need some renovation. Hot water is working well, but the sink doesn't have hot water.

Honestly, it took me a long time to book a hotel in Volcano Village. I read a lot of reviews, especially the negative ones, which all mentioned poor hygiene, bad facilities, and unsatisfactory service. However, the hotel we chose had none of these issues. I was so worried before checking in, but I breathed a sigh of relief after settling in. Finally, I found a satisfying hotel! The hotel grounds are very spacious, which is quite rare for a mountain area. The room was also very clean and tidy. The staff at the front desk spoke excellent English and always had bright, welcoming smiles.

This hotel has a large room and a relatively remote location. It is only a 10-minute walk from the small village under the Broom volcano, and the mountain road is difficult to walk. The Bom volcano is really cold in the morning and evening. The hotel has no air conditioning and does not need hot water. There is not much hot water. There should be solar-type hot water at night. In fact, you can find hotels not that far away in the village, but the store owners are very friendly. If the price of a B&B near Broma volcano is not high, be mentally prepared for very average conditions, especially in the early morning. You need to walk to the village to get a motorcycle, which is really difficult to walk.

In the village at the foot of the volcano, it is relatively close to the volcano. The waitress is very friendly. After we watched the sunrise and went down the mountain, it was 11 o'clock, and she still prepared breakfast for us. It is no problem to stay for one or two days for sightseeing, and you can't ask for too much else.
