GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay at Hotel Basera Brij Bhoomi, which i found through MakeMy Trip. The check-in process was quick and the staff were friendly and professional. My room was spacious, clean, and well-decorated, with a comfortable bed and a large window. The hotel’s location is ideal, close to key attractions and easy to navigate. Overall, the excellent service and amenities made for a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this hotel.

GGuest UserThe deluxe room was spacious and clean, and the service was also good. Amenities like TV, fridge, AC etc were working properly and the staff was also polite. Housekeeping also did a good job in changing the sheets and cleaning the floor.

GGuest UserMy stay at gopika resort was truly memorable! the service was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff who made us feel at home. The food was delicious and of top-notch quality, and the rooms were impeccably maintained, offering a cozy and comfortable experience. My kids had a blast at the dedicated play area, and the resort’s kid-friendly atmosphere made it perfect for a family getaway. Highly recommend it!

I have faced issues with Cleaning of Room . also the area is little away from Public Place so in Night definitely a person can't find any shops but Transfer is available so for transportation there is no worry. Otherwise the Property was good or average with the rates I have paid

GGuest Userwe have visited Vrindavan on 11 April 2025, Property is good in terms of location(300m from main road), food is too good however there is shortage of staff due to which services are not good and zero cleanliness on the stairs, lifts were not even working so you might have to use stairs where all the used tissue papers and broken glasses lying down.
