1. The front desk is very responsible, forgot to reply to the email and let Trip.com customer service remind me of the check-in time, and the check-in attitude is also super good.
2. The room is clean and tidy and spacious, three people, two rooms, two beds are enough, and the bathroom is very bright.
3. The front desk of the hotel is on the second floor and there is a free toilet on the first floor, so I have to stay at the hotel. No matter whether I check out or not, I know that the password of the entry can come in and go to the toilet for free. This is really touching in Europe.
4. The only small drawback is that it is a little far from the train station, and there is a 15-20 minute away with luggage~

The owner is very cute, Ms. Andrea recommends parking, stay and helps with luggage even though it has passed the check-in time.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very good, I was worried about the distance, but it was actually good. I didn't take the bus, navigated and walked over, and I could accept the distance. The hotel is clean and clean, there are supermarkets and fruit supermarkets at the door, there are many restaurants, and the taste is good. Give the bus card. Very Nice, will come again next time.

AAnonymous UserLovely traditional hotel and very helpful staff. 2-minute walk away from the Bolzano railway station. Very convenient for taking early train. The staff are very helpful. My rental car got a flat tire near the hotel and it's after office hour. The hotel staff made a lot of calls to finally find a tow truck to help me return the car to rental company. Really appreciate their efforts.
可爱的传统酒店和非常乐于助人的员工。2分钟步行到波尔扎诺火车站，乘早班火车很方便。工作人员都很乐于助人。我租来的车在酒店附近爆胎了，而且当时已经过了上班时间。酒店工作人员打了很多电话，终于找到一辆拖车帮我把车还给租赁公司。非常感谢他们的努力。
