AAPDHotel location is very convenient, there are parking spaces and swimming pools, there is a large supermarket nearby, breakfast food is OK, but there is no hot water ~ you can boil water yourself, the bathroom water temperature difference DD, the staff is very polite

RRJeyWe booked a family room at Hotel Europa, but instead were given separate rooms — and even accommodated in a different hotel nearby. This was not what we expected, and we were not informed in advance. At the very least, an update or explanation should have been provided. When you book one thing and get something else, it's very frustrating. Overall, poor service and disappointing experience.
