Staying at this hotel felt like discovering a secret oasis amidst the city’s busy streets. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with warmth, genuine smiles, and an atmosphere that immediately melted away the stress of urban life.
The ambiance is truly a paradise in the middle of the city — lush greenery, tranquil water features, and beautifully designed spaces that make you forget you’re in QC. My room was immaculate, elegantly furnished, and offered a stunning view that perfectly balanced comfort and luxury. Kudos for the 100% feather comforter 💚
The staff went above and beyond in every interaction — attentive without being intrusive, always ready to help with a friendly attitude that made my stay feel personal and special. Thank you for Christian for a warm welcome, for Sharline at the rooftop, for Clarence took time to direct me where I can buy food at 3:00 am and Kuya Gudoy for taking time to wait for me to open the door and for DJ having smooth checkout and even sending me to my ride. The hotel is affordable and offers spacious rooms If you book the Premier Room, it even comes with a small kitchen, microwave, which is very convenient. The breakfast provided by the hotel is simple if you book with breakfast deal , but if you book without breakfast and order from the menu instead, there are more choices. The veggie cheese omelette is especially delicious and reasonably priced.
There is also a nail spa next to the hotel where you can enjoy foot wraps ,body scrubs and massages . The service is very good and relaxing after a long day. Overall, it’s a comfortable place to stay with friendly staff and good value for the price.

GGuest UserThere was a problem with the toilet overflowing from the base. It smelled a bit, so I contacted the front desk and they cleaned it right away. However, since it was a malfunction of the toilet, I received another cleaning service, and it was an old issue, so the back of the toilet was stained brown with grime. Other than that, everything else was great. The shopping mall and concert venue were very close. The prices at the shopping mall are pretty much the same as in Korea. A bowl of ramen costs over 10,000 won, and drinks are typically 5,000-6,000 won. They barely sell any plain food. There are no salad specialty stores, and even sandwiches are mayo-based by default, so I struggled with the food more than expected. This isn't really hotel-related, but I'm leaving it for those who are coming for events. I accidentally booked a cheap hotel far away and stayed there for a day, but my condition worsened, so I couldn't stay there anymore. I quickly moved here and found peace. It was clean, pleasant, and cool enough even without turning on the air conditioning, by my standards. The front desk service was also good.
There's a Starbucks on the first floor and a Muji Cafe on the second floor. The coffee at Muji tasted better and was cheaper. The caffeine was super strong, and it had a big awakening effect on me, but everyone can choose what they like. There are many places to eat. The value for money wasn't great, but I was satisfied because the walking distance was short.

The hotel's on-demand food service was a delightful bonus, delivering tasty meals whenever I craved them. My premium room was spotless, spacious, and oh-so-restful—I enjoyed the best sleep with zero noise disturbances. Security is top-notch, and you're spoiled for choice right outside with 24/7 fast food chains and convenience stores.
Amenities impressed too: powerful hot showers, reliable WiFi for seamless surfing, and a prime location near EDSA Avenue. Mass transit is just steps away, making it perfect for solo travelers or groups exploring the city.
Astrotel Cubao gets my highest recommendation—comfortable, convenient, and full of heart!

This was our second visit to Red Hotel Cubao, and it certainly won’t be our last. What was originally planned as a two-night staycation quickly turned into three because we simply weren’t ready to leave! One of the best parts was how budget-friendly the rates were, making it easy for us to decide on that extra night.
If you are looking for a place to truly recharge without breaking the bank, this is it.
Here are a few highlights from our stay:
• Peace and Quiet: Despite being in the heart of the city, our room was impressively silent. We didn’t hear any outside noise, which allowed us to get some much-needed rest away from the demands of work.
• Functional & Great Facilities: Everything in the room worked perfectly. The layout and amenities made the stay seamless and comfortable.
• Excellent Dining: The food here is a standout—perfectly balanced in both taste and portion size. We highly recommend the daily breakfast buffet! We also opted for room service several times; having delicious meals delivered right to our door was the ultimate way to relax.
• Outstanding Service: From the front desk during check-in to the housekeeping team and the restaurant personnel, everyone was incredibly accommodating and customer-oriented. Their hospitality truly makes a difference.

MmrgxsntsOur stay was generally pleasant. The customer service was excellent from the guard to the receptionist and the staff who assisted us, everyone was courteous and accommodating. However, since the room is quite old and outdated, it would be great if they could improve some amenities. Providing complimentary bottled water and basic toiletries (such as a toothbrush) would be appreciated. Adding hand towels, updating the bed sheets to a softer texture, and replacing the old chair — which may pose some risk — would also enhance the guest experience. Additionally, upgrading the TV amenities would make the stay more enjoyable.

AAnonymous UserThis was the second time we booked in Sentinel Residence. We really loved our stay. We love how we can cook. There are also utensils we can use and a mini refrigerator. We really loved the interior of the unit we were in. Only the sink in the bathroom was licking, but other than that, we’d like to stay here for a longer time soon.
