Outstanding
WWenliliDidn't expect it to be so good. It's like staying at home, clean, no annoying sewer smell. There are cute pets to see, including rabbits, goats, ducks, geese, and chickens. The place is beautiful, really suitable for relaxation. Breakfast is good, not too much or too little. The dining room is warm, I like it very much. It's not stuffy, there's no food smell on you. The only downside is that the road to the accommodation is about 6 kilometers. There are no street lights at night. When it rains at night, you have to drive carefully.
ZZHILINGThe service is very good, the breakfast is rich, and the room is beautiful. There are also New Year's Eve fireworks. It's a wonderful New Year's Eve holiday.
AAnayamonaihuayuanminsuThe number of rooms in this hotel is not large, and the location is in a quiet yard, very private. On the way to the hotel, I saw it hidden in the village and I was a little disturbed. But as soon as I walked into the yard, I felt like I was in a paradise. The yard is very carefully maintained, the flowers and plants are scattered, and the placement of the fish tank is also very design. It is understood that this house seems to be with historical relics, the owner is carefully maintained, and the interior decoration is very tasteful. The room was clean and spacious and the bedding was very comfortable. I was staying at Hyatt, a super five-star hotel in Bangkok the day before, and I didn't feel any discomfort after moving in. Because the hotel is located in the village and the surrounding natural environment is good, there are relatively many bugs, and there will be birds calling at four o'clock in the morning, but these are not a problem for me who love nature.
The hotel's cafe is great! There is also a silver jewelry store, and the tie-dye store is in the yard, which is very beautiful!
GGuest UserEnvironment: The environment is super beautiful
A paradise on earth
Watch the sunrise during the day and the stars at night
A six-minute drive is to a famous elephant camp, and the hotel sent us back and forth for free
The hotel can provide us with takeaway for dinner
The hotel prepared a set breakfast in advance, which was delicious
The main thing is that the room is large and beautiful, and you don’t have to worry about the luggage, they will help you move it up
Hygiene: The hygiene is a little flawed, after all, in the mountains, if you are not afraid of small insects, and the room is almost ten years old, the wood will look a little old.
Service: The last and most important thing is that the hotel called a taxi for us, and we lost our child’s phone watch on it. I called the hotel at around nine o’clock in the evening. Originally, my husband wanted to contact the driver himself and give him some money to send him, but I didn’t expect that the hotel would let the driver send him to the new residence the next day. Thank you so much, and thank you to the drivers in Chiang Mai, most of them are very friendly and honest.
GGuest UserThe hotel experience during this trip to Chiang Mai was really great! As soon as I stepped into the hotel, it was as if I was in a tropical rainforest, surrounded by lush green plants, and the unique environment and atmosphere were directly full. The attitude of the waiter is even more amazing, enthusiastic and thoughtful, from checking in to providing various travel suggestions, it makes people feel warm. The breakfast is rich in variety, with local specialties and common meals, which can meet the needs of different tastes.
However, there is a small shortcoming. The hotel does not provide free laundry service. Laundry requires an additional charge. The clerk did not inform me in advance, which made me a little troubled when packing my luggage. But I have to praise that the hotel is in an excellent location. It is very convenient to go to Chiang Mai Night Safari and Grand Canyon Water Park, which saves a lot of time for travel. Overall, except for the small episode of laundry, I am very satisfied with other aspects. I will consider this hotel next time I come to Chiang Mai!
MMaxenceLVery relaxing stay in Veranda! It was nice to spend 2 nights there, outside the city to disconnect peacefully! The pool view facing the mountain temple feels like a dream. The staff is so nice and the food was incredible, we had twice dinner with Thai food and amazing breakfast buffet! We also enjoyed their famous coffee scrub and oil massage at the spa. The room with private jacuzzi on the terrace was amazing. You can tell the hotel is a bit old, would need some renovation here and there but really was not important, everything was incredible! Loved it!
AAiThere is a limit on the hot water tank, so we can't all use hot water at once. It was impossible to store it in the bathtub.
The location is quiet in the suburbs and the staff are friendly.
If you plan to go sightseeing frequently, taxis won't come, which is inconvenient.
The restaurant and breakfast were plentiful and I enjoyed it during my stay.
When I asked the front desk for something, it seemed like it wasn't enough.
I'm satisfied
We recommend that you reserve a taxi for your return trip.
There is a shuttle bus so you can go into town for free.
I made a request to the hotel in advance to contact them regarding my birthday and pick-up.
There was no response to email and phone inquiries
KKrivI really enjoyed my stay here
The hotel was beautiful and peaceful
There are many aesthetic spots to take pictures
The hotel staff were friendly and helpful
Breakfast was enjoyable and there were many different options to choose from, in addition the restaurant had pizzas and other items in an al a carte menu available from 11am till 9pm (can also be ordered as room service)
There was a beautiful pool open until 10pm
The hotel room was comfortable, the air conditioner worked well
Overall the hotel is definitely worth it, it’s very convenient as it has a lot of amenities
The only downside about it is that it’s a little far centre (about 30 minutes) however is easy to get around using the bolt or grab app
GGuest UserThe hotel probably knew better days before COVID, and it is in need of some polishing. At the same time, I had a very pleasant stay: they provide free bicycles, the room is clean, rustic, and atmospheric. There is a road curving around the hotel but at least from where my house was located, I could not really hear any traffic.
The village is very local, with great little eateries that serve delicious cheap meals.
The Viewpoint in the 6fh floor of the main building indeed has a great view!
Lady at the reception can speak a little English, and she helped me to arrange a taxi to the airport.
GGuest UserCould be a good hotel, but it's way overpriced. Be prepared to deal with mosquitoes as the room doors don't close very tightly with a significant gap between them. The shower is technically outside, so I wonder how it works on rainy days. The lady at the check in/check out was extremely rude and unprofessional, at the same time the rest of the staff was very friendly and helpful.
