"Pros: staff were very friendly and had adequate English both at front desk and restaurant. Rooms were clean. The garden environment is very nice. Pool is surrounded by trees. Buffet breakfast had nice variety of fruits, proteins, eggs, soup, porridge, coffee, juice etc. Cons: Disappointing compared to photos, the bathroom was clearly not well maintained. Water pressure in shower was low, though adequately hot. Location is near Night Safari and Ratchapruek park, but in Hangdong which is far from main night market area. There are only a few local restaurants in walking distance, but not always open regular hours. It’s only a short taxi ride to nearby mall or restaurants. If you want a quiet getaway and don’t mind 2-3 star hotel conditions with 4-5 star service, this is for you."

"The hotel is not far from the Chiang Mai city center. Just 30 mins or less by a car. The atmosphere in there is so refreshing, full of flowers and trees. There was a carnival buffet event on the date we stayed and it was so fun! The room itself is so cute and comfortable. We did a request of some rose petals on the bed and they did it perfectly (see pictures)."

"The accommodation is as advertised. Inside the room there is air conditioning, a queen-size bed, a work desk, a very comfortable chair, a wardrobe with lots of hangers, a TV, a water heater, tea, coffee, a hair dryer, towels, face towels, 2 bottles of water. The atmosphere is very good. At night it is very cold and freezing. If you are someone who is sensitive to the cold, you should bring a blanket. In the morning the sun will shine into the room, but there are curtains to block the light completely. Outside there is a balcony to sit and enjoy the view, a garden view, with beach chairs in front of the house. Here they have breakfast, not a lot but a variety."

"My child is attending school nearby. The hotel is very close. The hotel is conveniently located. There are 711, KFC, and massage nearby. The hotel room is clean and new. The bedding is comfortable. The room price is very cheap. The parking lot is large. It is more convenient to rent a car. I will stay here next time I go to school."

"Amazing place on a very steep location with everything that looks like it was built hundreds of years ago but also brand new. Beautiful views from everywhere and also from the pool.  Friendly, helpful staff who were always available.  No need to go anywhere because the restaurant meals were fantastic.  We would love to come back again."

"Choosing Little Deer Villa Resort was absolutely the best decision we made for our Chiang Mai trip. The entire experience was fantastic, and it's definitely on my list of must-stay places for future visits to Chiang Mai! First, I have to rave about the breakfast! Every day, the food was fresh and plentiful. They had authentic Thai dishes like rice noodles and fried rice, as well as fried chicken and American-style omelets. You just need to book in advance with the front desk. The shuttle schedule is very convenient, saving time and worry, so you don't have to bother researching transport or haggling for taxis. Even if you want to explore on your own, transportation in the surrounding area is very accessible, making getting around stress-free. The villa's overall environment is also super comfortable. The rooms are clean and tidy, surrounded by lush greenery, making it quiet and healing. It's far from the city's hustle and bustle yet doesn't lack convenience. The staff are incredibly friendly and respond promptly to any requests – truly thoughtful and attentive. Whether you're a couple on vacation, friends traveling together, or a family, this place is perfectly suited. It offers incredible value for money, and I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Chiang Mai!"

"The service attitude is very good! The Thai food cooked in the restaurant tastes very authentic, delicious and not expensive. The hotel's car service is very convenient and the room is very clean! The only thing is that the noise is a bit uncomfortable!"

"The room is relatively small, but fortunately there is a garden for fresh air. It is a distance from the city. Because it is a wooden house, the sound insulation is relatively poor. The houses next to it are snoring and the noise of cars on the road is quite noisy. After returning from going out, I finally got to the room and went directly to the sauna room. The room was very hot and I had to turn on the air conditioner for half a day. It was also very cold in the morning because it was not heat-insulated. There are generally few options for breakfast.
