HHeadhomCalled the staff in the evening to inform that we will check in late. The staff did not prepare the room for us. The night shift staff did not know anything. When we arrived, there were only 5 rooms left. We booked a single bed, but there was only one room left. If we arrived later, we would have to sleep in a room with a double bed instead. The staff is very bad. We arrived late and wanted to go to bed quickly. There was almost no place to sleep. When we entered the room, the bathroom had a bathtub. The shower only had a little bit of water coming out. We had to put water in the tub and it was very difficult to shower. The power plug in the bathroom did not work. Plus, we found a big cockroach. The mattress was very hard. It was good that we booked through the app for a price of hundreds. If we had to pay a thousand, we would have felt even worse. Please ask the hotel to check the electrical appliances, bathroom equipment, and cleanliness more. And the female staff should care more about customers.

Clean, beautiful, at first I was not confident, but when I actually went, it was good, the water was very strong. Check in at 3 am, there was a staff.
