GGuest UserWe were in bad weather conditions in Mardin, but the hotel staff and manager Tarık Mr welcomed us greatly, and we were on the road in the unseen cloud and over-sight rain, and they welcomed us and immediately offered hot tea. They really acted very intimately and sincerely in order to relax and be happy.. All staff were very interested and ridiculous.. There was no wonderful breakfast and health 🙏🏼.. We plan to go back in spring we will never stay in another hotel .. We were very happy and comfortable... We couldn't say goodbye to the Lord of the Historics when we left but I'm telling everybody here forever love and greeting again.. This world is so beautiful and good people turning to the glory of the face water, good you are 🙏🏼 Thank you sooookkk for your help on my aunt and on my behalf 🙏🏼

Having one of the best stays with my best friend at this cute, vibrant hotel. The interior view is absolutely beautiful and feels so exotic to me coming from China—like a little oasis tucked away from the world.
The people here are incredibly warm and lovely, which makes the whole experience even more special. Don’t forget to check out the artwork on the walls—the owner is actually the artist behind it, which adds such a personal and creative touch.
This is definitely a stay you don’t want to miss if you want to truly elevate your experience. I already know that whenever I think about Sem, it will bring a smile to my face.

GGuest UserHighly recommend this hotel to everyone! As so many stayers at the hotel said, the location is sooo convenient to everywhere. It is right in the middle of the town! Also there is a fancy restaurant out there with gazebo, from where you can have a whole glance at the scene of this city. Meanwhile the manager is handsome and so helpful to give good advice on tourism! You won't regret to stay here.
