The location was great. It is located a short distance from the University of Florida, and within 5-10 mins walk there are many various local restaurants that cater to all tastes in foods. The Depot Hotel is a quiet hotel set up in an old-style home, it is a well-looked and clean hotel. The staff members I met were welcoming and friendly. The hotel also has live DJs who play in the beer garden, and entertainment area on Friday and Saturday nights which is good but does go till late and makes it a little hard to sleep if you're tired. I would definitely stay here again if I come back in the future.

The hotel is located in the new sub-center of the city, which is very new soon after opening. The room is large and the bathroom is large. The room is equipped with a refrigerator. The front desk and room service are quite satisfactory and the service staff is very good. The decoration style in the room is modern. Health is great. Wifi signal is strong and fast. The surrounding environment is good. The student graduation season, the price of the hotel near the school has risen a lot, this hotel is in a reasonable range, is my main consideration for choosing it.

This was a comfortable and clean facility. Room price was average for the area on a Thursday. When checking in, I asked for a ground floor due to less walking for us senior citizens. Front desk member Michael happily changed our room to make this happen. Unfortunately we were awakened around midnight by loud guests in the hallway outside our room. This unnerved our companion dog who started barking. The breakfast offered in the lobby was very good. Overall, we would stay again (this was our second stay due to location and pet friendly) and can recommend.

Stayed for one night, booked two rooms for my family. The location is convenient as it is close to other stores like Target and other diners. Rooms were clean and had basic amenities but there is no microwave. Expected more from this hotel but the staff who checked in us could be more professional and friendly. One of our room pass card wasn’t working so had to go downstairs. Staff charged me twice so I’m still waiting for it to get corrected. Manager and staff when we checked out were very professional and assured me the payment would be fixed, so I hope it will happen soon. Overall, it was average.

The hotel is clean, and the staff at the desk are great. That said, the beds are not comfortable at all, and it sounds like someone is walking on your head if you're on a lower floor. It is in a decent area and close to food and shopping.

There are two supermarkets such as target on the side of the hotel, including McDonald's, a Vietnamese restaurant and several American restaurants. Opposite the hotel is the school gate near the business school. The hotel is quite quiet and the stay is quite satisfactory. . . . . .

The hotel is very nice and my family and I are very satisfied. First of all, the hotel is clean and tidy, the facilities are good, there is a swimming pool, the courtyard outside our window has a table tennis table, and the rackets are also equipped. Secondly, the life around the hotel is very convenient, next to it is McDonald's, there are large supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, clothing stores, etc. Third, the hotel service is particularly good, there is unlimited bottled water, biscuits, free pick-up, and we If you want to go anywhere, the hotel will arrange shuttle buses as much as possible. It is really convenient to bring home here!

The price is cheap, the location is remote, the single room is small, the breakfast is OK, the chain hotel is cost-effective, and it is acceptable to stay often, that is, stay for one night temporarily, it is clean, the breakfast is simple but you can eat enough, fruit, meat and juice are not bad .

Absolutely bad review. This bad review is not for hotels, but for Ctrip. Ctrip is becoming more and more unscrupulous. La Quinta and Days are two completely different hotels. Ctrip actually confused the two hotels. This hotel is Days, and the hotel next door is La Quinta. And this hotel has been open for more than ten years. When I booked it, it was shown that the hotel will open in 2019, and when I booked, I used a photo of La Quinta. After arriving, they found that they were completely misled. They complained to Ctrip. They only replaced some photos and cancelled the opening hours. Although Ctrip paid 400 yuan symbolically, it still feels that such a large company, whether it is your mistake or intentional, is seriously misleading to users. Because they are abroad, they are too lazy to talk to them. Everyone must pay attention when booking this hotel. Besides, on other platforms, these two hotels are completely separate and are two different hotels. Ctrip uses La Quinta in Chinese and Days inn in English is completely irresponsible and unprofessional.

I was unable to attend my conference due to illness. I notified Trip.com well within the 24hr. GMT cancellation period but they refused to refund even 1/2 the total. I'll never use Trip.com again.
