Rrock888The room is very large and the environment is very good. The toiletries are Spain Nature Biss . I booked the first night on Trip.com. I booked the second night on the official website. It was a double breakfast and a package for playing. When I checked in, I had two different orders for two nights. I didn’t need to change the room. The front desk said that I had to re-brush the key the next day. Just one time, the result was that at noon the next day, I received a bank short message and deducted more than 400 dollars in pre-authorization. I asked Trip.com to ask the hotel. I thought I was going to continue to deduct my one-night room rate, but the amount was cheaper than the first night booked by Trip.com. Go to the front desk to explain the situation and ask them to refund me and say that they have taken it. After the pre-authorization, I checked out for two nights and asked the hotel to refund. I didn’t say that I had refunded it for half a month. I returned to the country and called the bank. The pre-authorization was still frozen. I asked Trip.com to call the hotel. The hotel said that it was processed when I checked out, but now the pre-authorization is still frozen. I don’t know what to do. What a ghost!

MMarco Tulio NavesGood hotel, spacious room (there were four of us and we were very well accommodated), functional, friendly and efficient service (a highlight for Alexa). Standard American breakfast, good but not excellent. Opposite the International Mall and about a 7-minute drive from Dolphin Mall (USD8 by Uber). A very positive point was that they kept our bags while we were on our cruise. I recommend.

MMINGYIAwesome hotel with big rooms and new facilities. The first floor of Building No. 6 we lived in was a mini golf course and inland lake. The view was superb. There are a variety of activities to participate in every day. The bar has free drinks and snacks. The pool is open until 11 pm, and the pool opposite Trump Hotel can be shared, but unfortunately we have not enjoyed the trip. It is a pity. The hotel is 15-20 minutes by car from the airport, there is nothing to visit around, there are two shopping centers about 3 minutes by car, there are supermarkets and restaurants, the hotel provides free shuttle, but you must contact the driver by phone.

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is very convenient, with restaurants, gyms and banks nearby. Not far from the airport either. I chose this place because it is near the company. Basically, I always choose this brand when I come to the United States. The breakfast here is a little better than the same brand hotel in Fremont.

I feel that the requirements for our Chinese hotels are too high. A few thousand dollars abroad can’t provide the services and effects that a few hundred dollars domestically. Domestic hotels should increase prices

WWynela DernelleStayed here to catch a flight the next day. Room was clean, bed was comfy, excellent water pressure. Used the shuttle service to go back to the airport. Front desk was friendly, however they forgot the wake up call, good thing we set an alarm. Would stay again.
