AAnonymous UserThe hotel is a bit out of the way, but the cheap taxis in Miami make up for it.
I must commend the proactiveness of the lobby staff. I arrived at the hotel an hour early, and they told me there was a clean room and checked me in.
There seems to have been a problem with the coordination between Ctrip and them. During check-in, they said I had underpaid taxes, but while I was calling Ctrip, they had already had the lobby manager resolve the issue for me.
The hotel is next to Dolphin Shopping Center, but the nearest road was closed. The hotel provides a shuttle bus, but it only runs once an hour, and there was no bus at noon. It's practically useless.

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is very convenient, with restaurants, gyms and banks nearby. Not far from the airport either. I chose this place because it is near the company. Basically, I always choose this brand when I come to the United States. The breakfast here is a little better than the same brand hotel in Fremont.

The hotel airport shuttle is every hour. Unable to meet our request to go airport at 7.30, it must be either 7am or 8am. Need to arrange with the receptionist.

WWynela DernelleStayed here to catch a flight the next day. Room was clean, bed was comfy, excellent water pressure. Used the shuttle service to go back to the airport. Front desk was friendly, however they forgot the wake up call, good thing we set an alarm. Would stay again.

I feel that the requirements for our Chinese hotels are too high. A few thousand dollars abroad can’t provide the services and effects that a few hundred dollars domestically. Domestic hotels should increase prices

GGuest UserWe stayed for 2 nights but wished I only booked for 1 night. Was not aware that hotel didn't include free hotel shuffle so had to pay 30USD return for my own uber. Upon late arrival to hotel due to air traffic problems due to bad weather in miami our room door wasnt locked and bed wasnt made so we moved rooms. Hotel is about 15/20 mins drive from airport. I would not stay here again as location and no free airport shuttle is not appealing for me. The fact that I received no proper apology from hotel regarding my reserved room I would not stay here again!!

VVictoriaYZNOriginally wanted to choose a big bed room, the result was chosen to be two beds, the hotel said nothing to change, the service is very dissatisfied with me, the key is that the room is very much, they are not full, they are not willing to meet your conditions . There is also a parking fee every day, no breakfast, no refund of the deposit, all aspects are not suitable, so everyone should think carefully before placing an order, because the next time, regret it is too late.

GGuest UserThe facilities are quite good for the price. The room is very spacious. But beware, if you're a light sleeper, don't even think about staying here. Planes fly by every three minutes very close to the hotel, and you can hear their engines. If you're a heavy sleeper, this is your hotel. It's the best value in Miami. What happened to us was some awkward people in the room above us who made noise all night. But that's not the hotel's fault.
