LluckywinnerIt was a great and pleasant experience. We spent the Christmas holiday at the Homes. The restaurants were great, the staffs were helpful and kind, and the vibe was amazing. Just like the slogan, "real life magic" happens.

GGuest UserOnce inside my room it was clean I had an issue with my code to get in my room 2 people and 20 minutes later I was given a key cause no one could retrieve my code I was the third party checking in that day who had issues with their code I am not sure where the miscommunication is whether it is the booking company or the hotel something needs to be done
