Great
SSamitraThe room and hotel was great. I don’t like that you do have to pay.$20 per day for parking or you will need to use the city parking but you can’t park over night as city parking expires at midnight. The location has no pool but has a nice roof top. Drinks were pretty reasonable. Over all it was nice.
GGuest UserThis hotel was quite lively during our stay, with a wrestling team and a preteen birthday party utilizing the pool area. The wrestlers were likely situated on the third floor to minimize disturbance, yet they appeared quite energetic late into the night, occasionally making noise by repeatedly running and pounding on the floor. Early the next morning, a young boy was heard shouting and running down the hall at around 6:30am, which may have disturbed other guests' rest. It would be appreciated if parents could kindly ensure their children remain quieter during these hours. I have always encouraged my own children to be considerate, and I hope other parents might do the same when staying at the hotel.
GGuest UserService was ok. Could use some training- at check-on my key was set on the counter and the lady just walked away…
Location is good!- Meijer is down the street.
My room- the tub was dirty. Curtains stained. Floor was wet from the fridge (I think), which also wasn’t working. Called front desk and was told they would send someone up or something and never got a follow up call.
Once the hotel gets upgraded I’m sure it’ll look awesome. Had a lot of open space. It was odd for my room to overlook the lobby, seems a bit intrusive to the guests.
GGuest UserRoom was clean, however, the bed sheet had cuts in them. There was no bath mat in the room and that made the tile floor very slippery when wet. They do have a breakfast but it’s pay as you go, not like free breakfast at other hotel in the area.
