Great
PpaeccotI was generally satisfied with the location, facilities, breakfast, and overall service. However, I was not satisfied with the housekeeping and cleaning service. Housekeeping was provided daily except on weekends, but the quality varied from day to day. On some days, it seemed like only the towels were replaced. On other days, the trash bins were emptied, but tissues were left scattered on the floor. There were also days when the housekeeping was done perfectly.
I’m not sure why there is such a difference in service quality. I hope more consistent service can be provided.
Additionally, even after the cleaning service, I noticed small pieces of trash on the floor. However, the trash was not mine, and I couldn't understand why it was on the floor of my bedroom.
Overall, it was a good place to stay and I was satisfied in general. If the housekeeping and cleaning services are improved, it could become an even better accommodation.
IIF fanyuanming(yiyao)FANSTARWhen I arrived at the hotel, I was told that my reservation was cancelled. I was very confused! I almost found another hotel. After a 12-hour flight and an hour's drive, I was shocked to hear that my reservation was cancelled when I arrived at the hotel! Later, the hotel front desk said that they found my reservation, so I continued to stay.
CCaihuiThe room is large and well-equipped. The waiter is very nice and willing to say hello. There are many cafes and restaurants around, and it is also nice to take a walk. During that time, the smoke alarm malfunctioned, causing false alarms and loud ringing, but fortunately it was repaired in an hour.
AAnonymous UserDon't equate Marriott in the United States with Marriott in China. They are not of the same level at all. This one is relatively new in Irvine. The indoor and outdoor areas are OK. I forgot whether the parking fee is 40 or 50 a day, but I still parked for safety. It would be troublesome if the car was smashed. Parking is valet parking. I didn't see anyone tipping, so I don't need to tip. Foreigners didn't tip either. Maybe everyone thinks the fee is quite high. The room is clean. I was afraid that I didn't ask to clean the room because I was afraid of losing things, so remember to hang a do not disturb sign outside the door. There is no kettle in the room, but there is a coffee machine and disposable coffee cups, which can be used to boil water for drinking. TV can be watched. The toilet is clean. The bathtub is small and shallow. Its basic function is to prevent water from flowing out, because there is no sewer in the bathroom in the United States. I booked the executive floor, so I basically didn't meet people on the same floor. It was also very quiet and no noise. It takes about ten minutes to walk to the Spectrum Center. There are pedestrians all the way, but I didn't meet homeless people. Another complaint is that the front desk didn't say anything about the treatment of the executive corridor, and didn't even say where the breakfast was. I was too lazy to ask because I was jet-lagged. Overall, it was acceptable within low expectations, at least nothing went wrong.
GGuest UserThe room has a kitchen, but it is not very practical. The price is already 260 USD/day. The breakfast is OK and very filling. You won't be hungry even after one meal. The hotel is old and the water from the tap is very thin. The price/performance ratio is quite poor.
GGuest UserClose to the airport, it's quite quiet at night. In the morning when the airport starts to get busy, you can hear the sound of planes taking off and landing, but it's acceptable. There are several Plazas around, which makes eating and drinking convenient!
TTheresa_zhangThe hotel was nice when I first arrived. It was clean and the customer service staff was friendly. However, the hotel is a bit old and the carpet in the room smells a bit. The breakfast was also very simple. Basically, I had coffee, fried eggs, sausages, and some fruit. The price was not worth it.
GGuest UserThe hotel is new, clean, and has good service, but the parking fee is too expensive, $40 a night, and the air conditioner is still noisy. The surrounding environment is quite comfortable, and it is generally good.
TTutu MarIt was a 3 night stay very nice spot it’s hidden from main streets staff very nice rooms need more love when cleaning tho it wasn’t that bad but needs more loving
HHaibianxiaoshiziThe room was great, with an ensuite, complete kitchen supplies, and kitchen paper, which was very convenient. The water pressure in the bathroom was strong and the hotel staff were friendly. Right next to Hoga Hospital, very quiet. The only drawback is that there is no breakfast, but the coffee bar is open all day, which is great!
