GGaitherDService at the front desk was efficient. We are elderly and a young man who worked at hotel assisted us with our luggage upon arrival and refused a tip. What a shock.🫢 Both my husband I tried to give it to him. So great beginning! Give him a raise! The cleaning staff on the 4th floor was very helpful and courteous. The best part is the location. Everything you need is within a few miles if not across the street. This will be our return choice to stay.
I’m only sorry there were no warm cookies. They definitely should be given out on the weekend.

BbeardandacameraThis hotel is in an excellent location right next to the Rochester International Airport. It is easy to get to and from the airport in a matter of seconds. The front desk staff was very polite and accommodating. My flight left before breakfast was served so I cannot comment on that. The room was spacious and had all I needed.

Mmomo妈妈Actually I didn't check in this time, but I still want to give it a perfect score. Everyone likes to deal with faithful people, but he is often the one who does not speak of integrity. Before booking, it has been stated that it is irrevocable and cannot be changed. If it is discussed in the country, it may be possible to change the date, but in the United States and in Christian countries, faithfulness is the basic principle of life. like!

GGuest UserThere was no buffet breakfast and was explained clearly what to order what not to order, even through I had breakfast included in booking, when I ordered food waiter is like you need way big plate. That was rude comment and I end up not eating breakfast and left, money wasted. Never staying here again.

GGuest UserStaff was gracious and friendly, bar was awesome and entertainment was great. Morning cafe options were good and appreciate the free coffee! Rooms were spacious and clean, beds were comfortable and love the king size bed! Bathroom had some stains on wall that could have been cleaned easily so that was a little gross. Shower was not super warm but was ok. Was with a (well behaved) hockey group and I know staff was struggling with another team who was not cooperating with expectations and I felt bad for them, lots of credit to them for their patience. Overall would 100% stay here again.

CCh_CHBad experience with this hotel. Booked a room for my son as he was travelling there. Returning from dinner after 7pm, he could not get back into his room as his card key does not work. The front desk looked at it and said there was a problem with the lock that only the maintenance personnel can fix. Problem is they do not have any maintenance people there and asked that he wait till next day! Imagine all his belongings locked in the room and he had to stay in another room for the night. To make things worse, the maintenance personnel came in next day only after 11am. This is in spite of us calling several times, escalating to the General Manager to chase up and demanding priority attention! It was very upsetting as my son’s phone battery was drained and could not get to his things that he needed to work in the morning. Fortunately, his flight out was the next day, else it would have been a costly incident. Overall, a very stressful experience.

GGuest UserNice clean place to sleep overnight. Do not expect spotless room but clean enough to take a shower and sleep.
Comfy bed and pillows, had very good sleep. 15 minutes to the airport.
