JJonesPoor poor service. When my spouse and I arrived at least 3 hours after check in time our already booked room was not available and had to wait an additional hour for room to be clean to check in. Only gave me a bottled water for my troubles. 1 star!!

SSiHoardRooms where actually great. Only downside is the toilets run all night and my toilet over flowed my first night there in the first 20 min, so that was not so cool. Great light breakfast and I love the quiet

爱爱妻君The hotel is quite new, an upgraded version of comfort inn, which is different from ordinary ones. The front desk staff is very nice and the facilities are also good. There is a gym swimming pool. The hotel is not far from Chinatown and Koreatown, only ten minutes drive away. Living here is a good choice if you drive by yourself.

GGuest UserWhat’s funny I didn’t stay at this Hotel in the dates of the 7 and 8 due to at this point I feared for my safety. I accidentally booked to earlier that day due to my job assignment had changed.
But then they reassigned me to area so I rebook and was told I couldn’t cancel previously booking which I understand but since I had been a customer for week now I was still staying so I was confused of why the matter couldn’t be resolved better than it was through the Management telling me rules are rules and now I would of had to pay for 2wice for the same room because of Rules
WOW okay.
So now I can tell my friends AMD family don’t look or e spect Red-roof to be a Great Costumer Service experience.
O I actually slept in my truck that night due to not knowing the outcome of this situation between me and the management at this red roof location.
It so so sad due I Neva complained of the roaches and dirty bathrooms I had to reclean each time I stay there and the constant people knocking on the fire cause the drug dealers ruin the hotel in this area
And even their on Redroof representatives couldn’t convince this location to work me that day
But they will not have to worry about this Guy booking Red-roof AGAINS

PPeirina CHENService & Facilities: The hotel looks new and clean.
The check-in process was smooth, and the front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
• Location: Very convenient with lots of restaurants and supermarkets around.
• Room Amenities: The room is very spacious! It has plenty of power outlets (by the door, desk, and bedside). It also comes with a mini-fridge (chills only, no freezer), a microwave, an iron, and a hair dryer in the bathroom. Very well-equipped!
Suggestion for improvement:
• The only downside was that the bedsheets, towels, and bath mat had some visible, permanent stains on them right when I arrived. I could tell they were freshly washed and clean, but the stains themselves seem unwashable. I suggest the hotel replace these stained linens to keep up the otherwise perfect presentation.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience and almost flawless. I would definitely stay here again!
