XXiaobaitangIt is worth affirming that their air conditioner is very well done. It is wrapped with marble and wooden boards. It is very convenient to blow clothes or something, and you will not worry about getting the air conditioner wet and causing damage. There is a Starbucks downstairs, but it is not open at night. It opens at 5:30 in the morning. It is very convenient for me who needs a cup of coffee in the morning

GGuest UserHotel beautiful and clean. Service was Excellent. Staff very pleasant and helpful when needed. Pool and hot tub awesome. Unfortunately the beds were not comfortable at all. We tossed and turned most of the night with aches and pains next day.
Three nights left us very sore after our trip.

I left my Kindle at the hotel, after discovering that, I called the hospitality desk and they talked to housekeeping who found my Kindle and promptly mailed it back to me. Their honesty was much appreciated and the promptness in which they mailed the Kindle back to me was amazing. Thank you.

GGuest UserIt's clean and the location is okay. It's convenient to go to the park in the city center. The only thing is that there are more homeless people in the city center. There is underground parking which is very safe. 5 minutes drive to the city center landmark park

GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay, considering it is a pet friendly place. There was a bit of urine smell, but nothing like I expected. They tried to make it as pet urine free as possible, and kudos to their efforts. The bed was comfy, frig worked good, the people were excellent to deal with, and overall a pleasant experience, and my kitty and I will definitely stay again.. thx everyone!

Eeagledanceoh wow. i was freezing. the blanket was very thin. i wished for extra bedding but also didnt realize the expectation is to keep the jarring cranking rumbling wall heater unit on all night? ok. next time. not sure how a handful of screws got dumped by my tire? weird.the room is nice and fresh and the hosts are very kind.

XxliteyIt's nearby Interstate (I-90) which makes it convenient to access other places. Wendy's and Denny's are nearby if you wanna grab a quick meal without driving. The sheets were nice and clean. Though the place looks a little worn down. It's as expected for a 2 star hotel.
The free breakfast was mediocre. Sadly there was no pancake or waffle machine. Just prepackaged muffins, granola bars?, oatmeal, and some sort of strawberry bread. Great Juice and Coffee selection.
If I ever need a quick rest nearby. I would come back.

The front door looked like someone had tried to kick it down at some point
No large towels were provided only hand towel size .
Lots of hairs in bed
Toilet did not flush properly
Bed was comfortable, fridge and microwave provided were both clean
Wifi worked ok and lady on reception was nice .
