MMichael L BarksCame to the area for a Class Reunion and stayed at the Local Holiday Inn Express, the only complaint I have is this hotel and all hotels need Ceiling Fans. The A/C units are not enough. Check in/Out was Perfect, room was nice and spacious and Clean. Breakfast was good as well.

GGuest UserThis hotel is in a perfect spot, right down the street from main Street, and main Street dining, All within walking distance, very clean hotel, very friendly staff, The only real complaint is there's only one elevator and that's a very minor inconvenience

GGuest UserThe location was perfect for our downtown St. Charles tour. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was perfectly cooked and delicious and there were several non cooked and cold options available. We would definitely stay here again. The jacuzzi in our suite was wonderful.

GGuest UserI had a very late check in at midnite because of a late flight. It was hard to find in the dark. Luckily google maps knew where it was. I was very happy someone was there to check me in. I came back 15 mins later and they provided change for the vending machine cheerfully. The room was clean and the mattress comfortable. Definitely budget though, scratchy towels, cheap soap. Plus no coffee and rolls in the morning. There's an area for it but it was empty. Overall, okay for the price.
