Room was just okay. AC wasn’t working and finally got them to switch rooms after 2 days. Drain in shower was uncovered with sharp middle which was reported but never addressed. Certainly not our favorite place.

Guest UserFront desk staff was good, room had a lot of issues none of the wall plugs would keep a plug in. Room was clean but definitely needs updated. The room cleaning lady for the 3rd floor was great.
