GGuest UserI was at teh Evan Hotel during the WACO WORDFEST in 2024-and found their staff positive,professional and pro-active.
The facilities were modern and clean.I especially appreciated the provision of tea and coffee and water in the Lobby.
I would heartily recommend the Evan Hotel to those staying in Waco

GGuest UserThe hotel was under construction so there were some workers practically blocking the front door of hotel. The wallpaper in the halls was torn due to the construction. The maid service knocked on our door at 9 am and checkout was not until 12. A future recommendation is to maybe have the maid service wait until checkout time to start knocking on doors of rooms that are occupied. The lady at the front desk was great and very helpful. It was a it of a disappointment to pay over $125 when the hotel was under reconstruction which was a bit of a bother to the guests. I was in the elevator with some other guests complaining about it also.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel was very beautiful from the location and the facility. The line still has air up, check-in took a long time to someone appeared, breakfast was little detailed. The breakfast is 9:30 and exactly around 9:30 the roller shop is downloaded, whether anyone is still sitting at breakfast or not!

GGuest UserI moved out of the dormitory for three days. There is a kitchen and the room is clean and hygienic. It’s really cool to lie on the sofa with a screen and play for a few days.

CCUIJU5 minutes walk to Baylor University, the room can cook, there is a large refrigerator, it is convenient to stay with children, the breakfast is good, there is a swimming pool, parking, and the room has a large sofa

GGuest UserNice hotel. I was a little worried about the area when I was looking on the internet for hotel but it is close to everything. The young lady working was beautiful and awesome and room was clean and ac and heat worked great and bed was comfortable
