"I had a great stay at PARKROYAL Parramatta. The location is excellent—very convenient and close to everything I needed. The hotel was spotless, and the cleanliness really stood out throughout my stay. The service was also top-notch. Staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The facilities were well-maintained and met all expectations. Overall, it was a smooth and comfortable stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others."

"Very friendly staff at reception, the restaurant and housekeeping. Room was very clean and of a good size. Breakfast excellent to fill you up for a whole day exploring the city. Location is quite a long way from CBD, so expect 1hr travelling to any of the main tourist spots, which can be reached by an easy 10mins walk to Parramatta train station. P"

"The location is very close to the market and the train station is also very close. Except for the first day, I have to clean it during the rest of my stay. There seems to be no problem keeping the price. The cutlery in the kitchen is a bit old, so I am not good with the knife. "

"Check in was a smooth and easy Christopher went above and beyond. Absolute legend!! Only negative was I always strip the bed to make the job of the housekeeping staff a little easier but the stains on the bedding were disgusting."

"This was our third time staying here, I love the location, my daughter loves everything about it, but unfortunately we won’t be going back! The housekeeping is horrendous! Marks/ stains on walls, curtains, lamps and balcony doors, dust and dirt everywhere and the balcony it self was filthy.  Tv hanging of the tv mount in one of the bedrooms as well.. HAIR IN THE BED obviously not ours! Hair in bath tub and shower! For $1000 for a weekend I  expect it to be at least clean!!! Very bad experience. Mariton you can do better"

"My family (2A+1C) have stayed in the hotel for 4 nights. First thing I want to mention is that the wash basin is small. There are insufficient space to put cup for teeth brushing and other stuffs. During the four nights of stay, we expect the bed sheet is tidied on all four nights. However, the bed is not tidied in our third night of stay. We have checked with the hotel and they only tidy up in the last nighty. Otherwise, it’s generally clean. We just don’t know if we did something to indicate that it is not required to tidy up the bed. For location, it’s around 30 minutes to get to central if you get the right train. The hotel got an outdoor swimming with warm temperatures pool. The normal pool would still quite cold for swimming. The swimming pool and the gym is nice."

"The hotel front desk is very friendly and patient in resolving everything. The room is very comfortable and quiet. The transportation is very convenient, and there is a highly recommended restaurant on the left side of the gate. As a foreigner, this hotel gave me a perfect trip."

"I recently stayed at Novotel and had a mixed experience. The bed was very comfortable, and I had a good night’s sleep. However, my room view was facing another building. I probably should have asked to change rooms, but I wasn’t offered that option at check-in and it slipped my mind. I originally booked this hotel specifically for the steam room and spa facilities, but unfortunately the steam room wasn’t working during my stay, which was disappointing as that was a key reason for my booking. Overall, the room itself was comfortable, but the unavailable facilities and limited view affected the experience. AA"

"The stay was nice and the facilities are well-maintained. It just feedback for check-in cause it was under my name (I did put my partner's name as a guest), but when he tried to check in, it required me to make a call, and no one answered at that time, so it took some time n complicated. I know it's kind like procedure, but maybe there's some un-synched info between Trip and hotel."
