"Great service, easy check-in/check-out, pool was running on time reservations which was ok. Hard to get the hot tub unless you really tried to be on top of your reserved time. Lots of people bring their kids to this hotel btw. They did their best to accommodate our late checkout time, and were absolutely polite and helpful when answering everything. Rooms were clean, one of the coffee cup lids did have a coffee stain on it which meant the cleaning staff didn’t change them from the previous guests maybe? But overall quiet and clean."

"Lovely place. Family friendly. The room was very nice and comfortable with a hob, fridge, iron, and hair dryer. They have a laundry on the 2nd floor, which is available 24 hours, which is very handy. I would highly recommend this place for families with children. My daughter has allergies to certain food, so this hotel was a blessing as I could cook for her without being worried about what she would eat."

"Was an ok stay. Didn’t care for people hanging out all night that were up and down the elevator till early morning hours making noise. Not sure but could have been because they house people at this hotel. "

"For what it was, it was an older cheap no-thrills hotel that got the job done.  I was moving across the country and needed a place to stay for 2 weeks and Quality Inn served that role well."

"The staff's demeanor was somewhat unfriendly. Security personnel visited our door, requesting that we minimize noise, even though we were not loud to begin with. We perceived that staff members were unjustly picking on us and attempting to find reasons for additional charges. Unfortunately, racial bias seemed to be a contributing factor."

"I like this hotel very much. The room is big and has a kitchen so you can cook simple meals yourself. The transportation is also very convenient. It is next to Wayne's shopping mall. I stayed in this hotel for three days, went to Philadelphia and came back and stayed here for another 5 days. It was a great experience."

"I was worried about the smell of the hotel lobby and the carpet in the hallway. The room pulled out the carpet and stayed 2 nights comfortably without smell with the floor. Staff, so friendly. I will stay again if I have a chance. Good value for money ~"
