"First time staying here, the room is so clean. We really like the interior of the room. We really like the bathroom door.
The breakfast is also good. Everytime we came to Pattani we ate Nasi Kerabu for breakfast but we chose Big Breakfast as the hotel provides breakfast.
The view is also beautiful especially at night. You can go to the rooftop to take photos and they also have a cafe. It's a really beautiful hotel.
One thing that I wish they could improve is the key card. I think that 1 card is not enough because sometimes the other person wants to stay in the room while the other one wants to go out. So it's a little bit complicated because the hotel needs the key card to enter the hotel and the room. I hope that they can consider my suggestion.
Overall the hotel was so good. I will definitely come back for the stay."

"One of the best hotel in Pattani. Near to everything especially the Green Market, Cafes and tourist attractions. The amenities of this hotel is 5 star : they have iron section, private parking space with guard, lift and others. The TV channel is loaded with Thailand channel and Malaysia Channel. They provide extension for you to charges all your needs (as Thai use different plug) They really think everything of what you need."

"Nice room with lot of facilities. My room was difficult to lock and door of the bathroom ha some strains. Beside that everyone was ok. I like bathroom pack with shampoo and toothbrush. On reception rooms start from 550. Bed was pretty hard."

"For The Room Residence Hotel, I have stayed at the hotel for the 3rd time and was just as impressed. The rooms are clean and complete with amenities. This time I got room 511. The bathroom door couldn't be locked. But it's not a problem. This time it was just the receptionist. Normally you can check out before 12:00 noon, but the staff informed you that you have to check out before 11:00 a.m. I don't know if this is the staff's mistake or if the hotel has changed the check-out time, but overall, it's still impressive. It's the same as before. Check-out matters if changes have been made You should also inform guests who are staying that there has been a change. From that time Changed to this time. Thank you."
