"I made a mistake and they capitalised on it. I thought I had cancelled this Monday night’s booking, having made a booking in September instead. When I received a reminder this morning, helpfully for them outside the cancellation period, I immediately contacted them and explained the error. They said they were small and had to be strict. The thing is that they have a few rooms available on Monday so it is not as if they have lost out. They preferred to pocket the €280 and lose my other booking in September instead. This could have been resolved differently. Not very nice."

"It is an old villa remodeled and the facilities are outdated; but the layout is very chic. The boss is very enthusiastic and the room is clean and tidy. The only downside is that although the air conditioner is turned on at night, it is still a bit cold; I hope to improve it in the future."

"The welcome was prompt and courteous, the location was very central, the room had interesting furnishings, but.... There are many "buts" that leave one perplexed about the quality of the location and the high rating given by booking. In order: very steep and narrow stairs (no elevator), difficult with a heavy suitcase; small and blind bathroom, small and inconvenient sink (very low), no bidet (not reported on booking), shower with broken plastic glass (I now see that it had already been reported), and a lot of mold on the lower edges of the shower. Price NOT in line with the stated quality. I expected more."

"The service was excellent. We arrived two hours late, and they kindly left the key at the front door when we called. The accommodation was well-equipped, parking was convenient, and the surrounding area was very safe. It would be worth coming back."

"I don't recommend it for non-smokers. The rooms smell strongly of cigarettes, the bathroom and facilities don't work properly, and you have to pay extra for air conditioning, which is very far away and quite expensive. The only good thing is the staff's attention; they were very friendly, even though the address on the reservation wasn't the correct one, and I waited 40 minutes for them to open the door."
