"When we arrived we found out that the hotel is under construction and that the pool and dining area are closed until sometime in May 2026. The bathroom door did not close at all and the towels were hard. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. There was also no WiFi because the construction company had knocked it out of service. The newly installed shower had very low water pressure. I am extremely disappointed that Trip.com did not provide me with any information on the hotels current status. I will no longer be booking with Trip.com!!! I have lost trust in this site!!!"

"The location is great to visit Salem, particularly if you arrive by plane since it is close to the airport and not far from the city. In addition, there is free parking, which is very convenient in this area. The room itself was fine, clean and comfortable, and the gym was a plus. Overall, a good, practical option if you are planning to explore Salem and want somewhere easy to access without worrying about parking."

"We stayed there for 4 nights and the room was not cleaned once. We had to ask for toilet paper and towels by the last night because nothing was replenished. There was construction happening right across from our room and not once were we notified it would be happening. They also shut off the water for the day; again, there was no notification. The location was convenient since we were visiting Salem but the hotel is too rundown."
