Pullman Sydney Penrith ★★★★★

"No refund provided even after not being able to check in due to sickness. Hotel shows no compassion even after evidence given of sickness. Kept all my money with no partial refund. Management and policy seems to be disappointing."

Quest Penrith ★★★★

"Parking Nightmare: Finding a spot was a huge hassle. The on-site secure parking is limited and quite expensive. If you can’t get a spot, you’re forced to hunt for street parking in a very busy area, which isn't ideal if you have luggage or are arriving late at night. - Noise Levels: Being so close to the train station is a double-edged sword. The soundproofing in the rooms isn't great; I could hear the trains and the general street noise throughout the night. I also found the walls between rooms to be quite thin, as I could clearly hear the TV and conversations from the neighbors."
