"Clean and comfortable to stay"
Grand Orient Hotel Perai
"Good facility for the pool and nice food for the breakfast. But for the towel and bedsheet need to be replace with new one."
Pearl View Hotel Prai, Penang
"The room assigned to us was spacious & clean though the design was dated. Love the shower area which is so spacious and equipped with a rain shower. The room aircon is very strong. In fact it gets very cold especially at night. It is not easy to adjust the aircon inside the room. As I had to depart very early the next morning (at 5am), I kept the front desk informed the night before. At the appointed time, I was glad that the staff was present at 4.45am to assist me with a seamless checkout. Very grateful! The front desk is always pleasant & polite."
Nadi Glamping Suites
"Super satisfied with our stay here! It’s the ultimate nature getaway choice. The unique A-frame glamping tents look great from the outside, while the interiors are clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped like a modern hotel room. Amazing service and a cozy bonfire lit up every night(for 2 hours). The atmosphere at night with lights hanging across the grounds is just magical. Highly recommended!"
Golden Nasmir Hotel

Meritus @ Jovial

"Food just around the corner"
Sunsega Hotel
"Room without shower, shampoo and toilet papers"

Bahagia Family House in Meritus
"Very disappointing stay and not worth the price paid. The cleanliness of this homestay was extremely poor. The bathroom walls and toilet were covered with mold. The dishwashing sponge holder was also moldy and unhygienic. The towels and bed sheets provided were old, worn out, and did not look clean. On top of that, the toilet light was flickering and clearly not maintained. A major issue occurred the moment we entered the unit, there was no electricity, even after inserting the power card. We were instructed to switch off all the fuses at the switch box and wait for 15 minutes before turning them on again, but the electricity still did not come back. To make matters worse, we found a coin inserted inside a power socket, which is extremely dangerous and completely unacceptable. Parking was very inconvenient as it was located up high, which take about 10 min to reach the allocated parking lot and the driveway leading up to the parking lot is very narrow, making it difficult for cars to pass through comfortably. The security deposit of RM300 is unreasonably high considering the poor condition of the unit. The check-in process was overly complicated with too many rules and procedures. It became even more frustrating because the security personnel explaining the process could not communicate in Malay, making it difficult for us to fully understand the instructions. Overall, this accommodation is not recommended at all. Basic cleanliness, safety, and management standards were not met and require serious improvement."
Prai Jaya 2
"Bad! I booked a twin room. When I went to check in, the front desk service attitude was very bad. They didn't check me in. I went out for a walk and had something to eat. When I returned to the front desk, they still refused to help me check in. They were indifferent and said, "It's very busy now, it's better for you to cancel." I negotiated with the front desk. The other party agreed to my cancellation, but after I applied for cancellation, the merchant didn't refund me at all. In other words, the merchant agreed to my cancellation, but I didn't actually check in, but the other party didn't refund the money! I can only ask Ctrip customer service to deal with it. In the end, the merchant didn't refund the money. The environment is very bad, very old, an old house from 30 years ago. I hope more people will see this comment and avoid pitfalls. Otherwise, you will regret it very much if you book it. Attached picture, worrying environment. Ctrip actually settled such merchants on the platform. It is estimated that the platform has no review of the merchants. It's incredible!"
