"Lovely hotel right next to the beach with swimming pool. Located directly on the beachfront promenade - excellent location for a walk to the town centre or along the beach. Rooms have balconies; even rooms towards the roadside have some sea view. Hotel very clean. Breakfast was good."

"We were here for a long stay, 9 nights full board so know it well. The staff are (without exception) efficient, helpful and friendly. Food is exceptional. Every meal is well prepared with fantastic salads and antipasti. Room comfortable and a long pool you can really swim in. We borrowed the hotel E bikes every day to zoom around and explore. Plenty of standard bikes available also, to ride around this lovely coastal town. We think this hotel is excellent value for money, especially if you stay early in season. We hope to come back."

"This was our third time in Pesaro and our third time in a three-star hotel. We would like to say that we have generally had good experiences with three stars in Pesaro and, given the fact that we hardly spend any time in the room, we don't have the greatest expectations here. This time we unfortunately have to say that the hotel was unable to meet our expectations. Cleanliness: - the room was tidy. How clean it was depended greatly on the chambermaid. One chambermaid cleaned properly, made the beds and changed the towels; the other chambermaid was at least in the room. You had to ask for enough towels (there were only 2 for 4 people) or toilet paper. The beds were not made at all. In general, the room did not look as if it had been thoroughly cleaned before the start of the season, for example: the tiles in the bathroom were full of dead mosquitoes, there was an oily stain on the cupboard, the plaster was crumbling by the window. Dead mosquitoes in the lampshade... Breakfast: the same thing every day. no hot meals, we were used to that from the other two hotels. We didn't have lunch or dinner. Ambience: old and dusty, like so many corners. the children's play area is a dark corner in the basement and doesn't invite you to play. A lot of things could be made nicer again with a few small investments. e.g.: painting all the railings or repainting them, removing the disinfectant holders (?) next to the elevators. removing the advertising for the Candela Fest 2023 in the foyer Animation: There was one who sat around more and was very quiet. not particularly enthusiastic about the children"

"We booked at short notice due to a train strike (!) but the strike did us a favour! The hotel is in a great location and our sea view room was a delight . The ladies on reception were outstanding, so helpful , warm and friendly . Breakfast provided more than enough choices and was very enjoyable and the lady on duty also provided excellent service . Yes the hotel is in need of some updating but it did not take anything away from our stay ."

"Unfortunately we were not very satisfied. Comfortable bed but small room and bathroom, it's true that we chose the economy room but we expected something better. In the shower you have to be at least 1.70m tall otherwise you won't be able to put the soap on it and the shower head is fixed, the window in the bathroom is valid even if you have to leave it closed if you want to sit on the toilet. Access to the swimming pool is inconvenient, you have to go through the hotel lobby in a bathing suit and maybe if you are wet I don't think it's the best. Simple breakfast, for a three star hotel in I have seen better taking into account that on Sunday morning there were no seats because the waitress either served the croissants or cleared the tables of those who had finished. At midnight the people in the corridors quietly talking loudly regardless that perhaps someone was in bed. Paid parking honestly to be discarded and we missed the feast of San Nicola to struggle to find a place to leave the car with the risk of getting a fine."

"We spent a wonderful week at the Continental Hotel in Pesaro from 6 to 13 June. We arrived from Milan early in the morning and we appreciated the possibility of check-in before the scheduled time. The rooms were not very large, but were clean, comfortable and equipped with everything needed. The hotel's strong point is without doubt the kitchen. Every day we enjoyed excellent dishes such as mixed frittier, meat, pasta and riso. The portions were very plenty and the desserts were always delicious. At lunch and dinner were also included red and white wine. The dining room offers a beautiful view of the sea. The breakfast was varied; I appreciated the simple, empty, always fresh bricks, and the fresh vegetable and salad buffet available for lunch and dinner was also very pleasant. The hotel is located directly on the beach, well-treated and pleasant. We were lucky because at the beginning of June there was still not too much tourists. We also liked Pesaro: a quiet, elegant and ideal city to walk. We travelled with our dog and this was a great advantage, since it is not easy to find really pet-friendly facilities on the Adriatic coast. In the neighborhood of Fano we also found a beautiful beach dedicated to dogs, where our four-foot friend also enjoyed the holiday. Thanks are very special to all the staff of the hotel, always gentle, available and careful. We felt welcomed with great friendliness throughout the stay. The week was too fast. We have been feeling like a friend's home, rather than a hotel guests. We keep a beautiful memory of this holiday and hope to come back soon."

Hotel Bellevue, Sure Hotel Collection by Best Western ★★★
"There weren't many previous reviews (especially recent ones) written in English so I was slightly nervous about how we would get on here considering we speak next to no Italian, but I'm pleased to say we had the most amazing time! Upon arrival we parked under the hotel, in our pre booked space in their car park. The lady on reception was so welcoming, poured us a glass of fruity water to enjoy & spoke perfect English. We felt instantly at ease. The hotel has recently been refurbished so the lobby was stunning. Lovely décor, comfy sofas & a relaxing atmosphere. We were assigned one of the older rooms in the hotel (you can see on the website that some have recently been refurbished) but this wasn't a problem for us because we didn't spend much time in the room. The room was clean, spacious and the beds were comfortable. Shower gel, towels and a hair dryer were provided in the bathroom & there was a large wardrobe, fridge and full length mirror (which can often be overseen in other hotels) in the bedroom. Our room had 2 balcony's which was a pleasant surprise. One over looked the side of the hotel, with a brief view of the sea & the other came from our bathroom which over looked the front of the hotel, onto the street (which was busy with pedestrians, but never noisy with traffic) The breakfast, in my daughters words, was "the best ever!!" There was so much choice and mainly consisted of cakes, biscuits and pastries, which was a nice treat whilst on holiday. Also on offer was cereals, yogurts, eggs, bread rolls, cheese, salami, fruit, everything you could have wanted! The coffee was nice and was made fresh for you by a very friendly gent (perhaps the manager?) who spoke very good English. The swimming pool was clean, but cold. There was a hot tub which we didn't use which you could pay to use with coins and a small warm baby pool which my children used every day. We went in September out of season and were often the only people using the pool in the morning so we had no trouble finding a sun bed. There were only 16 sun beds so I'm not sure if this would be a problem in the summer months. The Italians all seemed to rush down to the beach for the day which was busy so perhaps the swimming pool is quiet all year round? We visited the beach behind the hotel twice. The sea was warm, clean and stone free. The water stays shallow for a while which makes it perfect for families. There are many beach bars (not joint to the hotel) where you can buy drinks and snacks and there are plenty of sun beds to hire (we only went for a dip in the sea so not sure how much it costs) The walk from the hotel to Pesaro seafront takes about 10 minutes and we felt safe. The streets were clean & well maintained. There are plenty of choices of places to eat. We got by using basic Italian words we had learnt. Some waiters also spoke some English. Some more than others but it was never a problem. Some menus were translated to English, others we had to guess, but we never ha"

"I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and overall it was a great experience. One of the best things about it was the location. It was very convenient and made it easy to get around, whether for sightseeing, shopping, or finding places to eat. Everything I needed was close by, and the area felt lively and accessible, which made the trip much more enjoyable. Another thing that stood out was the cleanliness of the hotel. The room was very clean when I arrived, and it was clear that the hotel takes good care of its facilities. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and the common areas were also well maintained. A clean and tidy environment always makes a big difference, and it definitely helped me feel comfortable and relaxed during my stay. The staff were also one of the highlights. Everyone I spoke to was polite, friendly, and very helpful. They were happy to answer questions, offer assistance, and make sure guests felt welcome. Their positive attitude created a warm atmosphere and added a personal touch to the whole experience. It is always nice to stay somewhere that values good service, and the staff here really helped make the visit smooth and enjoyable. I also appreciated the local recommendations provided by the staff. They suggested nearby restaurants, cafés, and places to visit, which helped me experience more of the area beyond the usual tourist spots. Their advice was useful and showed that they genuinely wanted guests to have a good time, not just at the hotel but in the surrounding neighborhood as well. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. With its excellent location, high standards of cleanliness, and kind, helpful staff, it offers a very positive experience. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future."

Hotel Alexander Museum Palace ★★★★
"First off I'd like to say all the staff are very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room was kept clean, and we had a great view from the room. Unfortunately the hotel is nothing like the photos online, the whole Hotel is in desperate need of refurbishment. We had 4 boxes of materials dumped in our room that looked like the art had fallen off the walls. The shower had a makeshift repair and had silicone all over. The wooden outdoor seating had paint flaking that stuck to your body. The seating and cushions were badly cracked and ripped. I would say this is a 2 star Hotel in it's current state and not definitely not 4 stars."

Excelsior Hotel, Spa & Lido ★★★★★
"After booking the Excelsior years ago for clients, I had the privilege of staying there for 1 night last week. The hotel is only true 5* option in the area, and the service is impeccable. The staff is warm, and hospitable - but also laid back, which jives perfectly with its beach vibes. The beach club (lido) is one of the nicest in the area - complete with a call button to call waitstaff, morning snacks delivered to your umbrella, a safe box, cushions on lettini, hot tubs, showers - all you need (much more sophisticated than our club in Cattolica, about 25 min north). The beach side restaurant is also a little elevated, while still remaining casual… I really enjoyed the scorfano for lunch. The spa is beautiful, with a gorgeous pool that has expansive views over the Adriatic Sea. There is cryotherapy, and they offer a large variety of incredible massages (mine was with Patrizia, and it was amazing). My room was Superior Suite - very large, with a wonderful balcony and picture perfect view. When gazing left or right, all you could see was colorful umbrellas and the sea for miles. For dinner, we walked about 10 minutes to nearby Nostrano. Here we enjoyed a Michelin starred tasting menu, full of locally inspired dishes. Services wasn’t stuffy at all, and the staff was young and friendly. The Excelsior made our reservation, which was seamless."

"The positives were the location, as it’s near to restaurants and obviously the beach. Also the staff, Elena and her colleagues were very helpful and accommodating. We were there for the European Championships in basketball and filled the hotel! It’s very dated and the rooms are small, really not suitable to share for people who doesn’t know each other very well! Wi-Fi was terrible which was very awkward to us as we needed to keep information flowing to the teams!"
