This homestay is so so comfortable, so clean and new and very nicely and thoughtfully designed, it makes us want to retire in a house just like this! Our hosts are a family, very hospitable, helpful and sweet, they make us feel right at home. The older, strong Uncle insisted on helping us carry our luggage up the mountain as we made our way up to the scenic spot! We also love their breakfast - fresh, with a decent variety that will hold us over for hours. This location is as close to the entrance of the bus terminal that will take us up the mountain (no taxis or private cars are allowed up), so if you want to spend time up there, this is a good location. 这家民宿真的非常舒服！房间干净崭新，设计得美观，贴心，让我们都想退休后住进这样的房子里！房东是一家人，非常热情好客、乐于助人又亲切，让我们感觉像在家一样自在。那位健壮的叔叔还坚持帮我们把行李扛上山，一路陪我们走到景区呢. 我们也很享受他们家的早餐——很新鲜，种类足够让我们撑上好几个小时。 这里的位置离上山巴士站入口很近（私家车和出租车不允许上山），如果想在山上多玩会儿，选这里准没错！

I loved saying here. The homestay is located within the scenic area. It can be hard to navigate the area if you’re coming here for the first time. I got dropped off at a station after I showed the driver the address and walked uphill for 20-30 minutes before I was able to find the homestay. I recommend getting in touch with the homestay beforehand to arrange a pickup from the bus point since buses don’t drop you all the way to the homestay. There is free service for pick up and drop off to/from the bus station. The food here was spectacular - simple and delicious. The people who work here are super considerate and welcoming. The homestay also partners with Wudang Taoist Academy which I later found out so I might be back to participate in one of the programs later on however if you are traveling to Wudang and also looking for classes in Tai Chi from well established instructors, this is definitely the place to be. The person who runs it is well-connected and can help you out with whatever you need. I was mostly communicating via WeChat which translated English-Chinese and vice versa easily. If you want to explore other areas within Wudang, you most definitely will be needing the shuttle bus. I am very satisfied with my stay and will return if I get an opportunity.

As someone who's super picky and rarely leaves reviews, I genuinely want to recommend this guesthouse. It's truly rare to find a guesthouse run by good people that has so much heart and soul. You can park here, order meals, and they offer pick-up and drop-off services. The facilities are new, the stay is comfortable, and it's peacefully located halfway up the mountain. Plus, you get to watch a drone show for free! The brother and sister who own it are incredibly warm and generous. If you're worried about feeling lonely or making a bad choice when visiting Wudang Mountain, this is the place. I wholeheartedly recommend this guesthouse to anyone reading this.

[An Immersive Mountain B&B You'll Fall in Love With!] Who can understand?! The moment I stepped into the courtyard, I was captivated—backed by lush mountains, stone steps framing wooden tables and chairs, a bright yellow parasol overhead—the ”relaxing mountain feeling” was off the charts! This courtyard isn't just ”idyllic Zen,” it's a tangible embodiment of ”stealing a moment of peace from the hustle and bustle of life.” The rooms were visibly clean, the facilities looked brand new, and the owner's thoughtfulness was a real-life masterpiece: clear directions were provided beforehand for the mountain path, so when you're exhausted after the hike, you can simply turn around and head to the courtyard to brew tea. The warm aroma of tea, carried on the mountain breeze, slowed even your breathing. The environment was so wonderful I wanted to stay forever. On the way down, all I could think about was, ”Next time, I definitely want to stay longer!” Let me repeat: wonderful environment, excellent service, tranquility, and all the facilities are brand new—perfect for those with OCD, haha, my husband is a clean freak!

This hotel/retreat is an incredibly special place, and I feel so grateful to have come across it in my travels, as it will hold a special place in my memory! I have a strong feeling that I will be back (possibly many times!) in the future. I cannot say enough good things about it, whether it be the beautiful architectural design of the buildings and landscaping of the property, the gorgeous cafe, the zen-like room aesthetic, the calm and nourishing atmosphere of the whole place, the incredibly kind staff, and the nourishing and delicious food (which is made with great attention and care paid to the ingredients (most of which are grown on the farm), and their healing principles according to the elements and Chinese medicine nutrition)). There are free evening healing offerings too, including sound healing, card reading, and other thing, which bring guests together to experience collectively as well, in a beautiful retreat center room. The cafe/lobby building is such a pretty and welcoming space, one could easily spend hours enjoying a conversation or reading a book, or petting one of the many adorable cats that roam the property. Even walking along the meandering path to the hotel from the main road is a beautiful experience, winding through tea fields in this magical valley at the base of steep mountains surrounding it. I have stayed at a number of hotels in China during my travels, but this place is by far my favorite of all of them, for its authentic feel and heartfelt warmth. It truly is a uniquely powerful place for healing and restoration, nestled in such a picturesque, quiet hillside of Wudang mountain!!

The front desk service was warm and thoughtful, inform us in advance of the location of the homestay! After getting off the Jingjiao car, walk 150 meters to arrive, close to the Zixiao Palace/Nanyan Palace faucet fragrance! The environment of the homestay is very good, the mountains are like Dai, the natural oxygen bar, the landscape courtyard! The time you can forget to live here is very leisurely and relaxed. If you don't have other things, you have to stay for a few more days! Drinking tea leisurely in the homestay, looking at the mountains in the distance and the clouds reflected in the water, and coming back with a fairy spirit, maybe it will become a fairy, haha! The room is Chinese style, exquisite and elegant, air-conditioned hot water, tea set, small refrigerator, smart toilet, comfortable living, tea room and multi-function hall you can also use for free. There is also a restaurant, you can sit in the yard and watch the scenery and eat, especially enjoy! Recommend to everyone, welcome to punch in!

The location is fantastic, just a one-minute walk to the right from the cable car's upper exit. It's incredibly convenient for watching the sunrise. You can easily catch it from the hotel, next to the tea house, or from the viewing platform which is just a 10-minute walk away. The hotel even provides the sunrise times and recommended departure times. Breakfast and lunch are both available, so you'll have something to eat when you get back. The front desk staff are meticulous, providing timely tips and quickly resolving any issues. The owner is incredibly warm and thoughtful, both practical and meticulous, yet so welcoming 🌹. Through website recommendations, i picked this small hotel mid-way up the Wudang Mountain at QiXingShu (七星树)，As expected, the room provides basic need to stay overnight. It’s cold but heater is available. The young lady boss (小范) is friendly and helpful. She recommended 腊肉炒竹笋 which is very good. I finished all after I ascended the peak and returned. For those who want to climb the peak for sjnset or sunrise the next morning, this is a good choice. P/S: remember to bring along LED torchlight for morning climb as there isn’t any lamp post along the way. It could be risky when the road surface is covered with ice. Also, a good pair of hiking shoes are recommended.

An entire wall of bookshelves is filled with books. When the sunlight streams in, curling up on the sofa to read a few pages, listening to music from the gramophone, is instantly therapeutic. There's also a vintage gramophone, exquisite tea sets, and plush sofas—whether you're daydreaming, reading, or chatting with the owner, it's incredibly cozy and a true haven during your travels. ✨ Overall Experience: The Best Choice for Staying in Wudang Mountain When visiting Wudang Mountain, you really don't need to worry about accommodation! This guesthouse not only looks great, but its comfort is off the charts. Mr. Xu was very welcoming and eloquent. Upon check-in, he meticulously introduced us to nearby attractions and recommended delicious and affordable restaurants. He gave us bottled water and even helped with our luggage before leaving. The hostess was also very welcoming, offering the best advice for any questions we had, making us feel very warm. The location is excellent, very close to Yuxu Palace, where the morning Tai Chi practice is particularly lively. It's also close to the snack street, Wudang Mountain Scenic Area, and bus stations, making transportation convenient. This hotel is budget-friendly. Some facilities are a bit dated, but otherwise functional. The room was generally clean. Overall, this is a good choice for travelers who value service and location, especially those seeking Wudang Mountain advice and those seeking value.
