"I am quite satisfied with all aspects of the business building. The business building shares a parking lot with Wudang International Hotel, and the lobby is also connected, in the same building. From asking the security guard for directions when parking, to the front desk, guest rooms, and buffet breakfast restaurant, everything was very good. The service awareness was particularly good, very patient, very proactive, and accurate answers were given to all inquiries. Wudang International Swiss Western Restaurant offers a buffet for only RMB 98 from Monday to Thursday, which is also very good. When I was in Shiyan, I had a meal outside and bought a package from JD.com. The waiter in the restaurant and the JD.com delivery guy were very service-minded and patient, which made me feel that the city of Shiyan is particularly good."

"Staying at this hotel during my trip to Shennongjia, I have to give a big shout-out to the young lady at the front desk dressed in Miao ethnic attire! After checking in, we found some bugs in our room. When we reported it to the front desk, she responded incredibly quickly, with a gentle and sincere attitude, and immediately arranged a room change for us. What was particularly touching was that she didn't just assign us a random room. Instead, she took us to view the alternative room beforehand, carefully checking its condition to ensure there were no issues with the new one. Her attention to detail was truly impressive. It's inevitable to encounter small bugs in mountain hotels, but the hotel didn't shy away from the problem; instead, they actively and properly resolved it. This responsible attitude made us feel very reassured. The hotel's location is convenient for getting around, the environment is peaceful, and the overall facilities are comprehensive. After a tiring journey, encountering such thoughtful and attentive service instantly dispelled any unpleasantness caused by the minor incident. The young lady was warm, patient, and treated every guest sincerely, showcasing the genuine kindness of the local people in Shennongjia. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting, and once again, a big thank you to that Miao ethnic young lady. Wishing her all the best!"

To our surprise, we could see two or three fireflies at night, twinkling, which created a very dreamlike atmosphere. The dinner and breakfast we pre-booked here were both exquisitely prepared and tasted excellent. Overall, this hotel is perfect for those looking to unwind, and for young people and those who appreciate quality of life to stay and vacation."

She was very attentive and told me to call anytime if I needed anything. The room had great lighting, and it was a wonderful stay. I wish Wyndham continued success and will be back again."

The front desk staff recommended the local breakfast, Physalis noodles, which were delicious. The room was clean, with separate wet and dry areas. The gym, swimming pool, and laundry room on the second floor were very convenient. The value for money was excellent. Xiao Wu was especially friendly, and parking was convenient. My children loved this hotel and will definitely stay here again during the Spring Festival."

"The environment is excellent, especially the courtyard room. Swimming tickets are included, and parking is free and convenient. Service is superb; when I asked if they had fried eggs for breakfast, they immediately made another batch. The front desk staff were also very patient and gave me a small gift bag containing Wudang tea. The downsides are that the hotel is a bit out of the way, and there are no taxis near the entrance, so it's best to drive or use a ride-hailing service. The TV remote was not clean enough and had accumulated dust. Sleeping was comfortable, quiet, and clean. My personal rating: 4.8."

"Stayed at this hotel with friends and I was so impressed, I just had to recommend it! [Strong] First off, after booking, the hotel called to kindly ask about our arrival time and transportation. We drove ourselves, and the hotel is very close to the Wudang Mountains scenic area, only about a 5-minute drive. The Zen design is very stylish, and the hot springs are wonderfully relaxing. The service was thoughtful; worried we might be tired from driving, a friendly guy at the front desk offered us tea and helped with our luggage as soon as we arrived. Check-in was quick. The room was clean and smart, the bed was very comfortable, and getting a memory foam pillow made for a great night's sleep. The Taoist cultural details were top-notch. The hotel environment is excellent. Even though the vegetarian dinner was meat-free, it was a great experience. Exploring Wudang during the day, then soaking in the hot springs and enjoying a vegetarian meal in the evening was truly healing and relaxing. I'll definitely stay here again next time!"
