You enter Vineyard Ridge Farmhouse from the back deck off the driveway, long enough to fit multiple cars or trailered vehicles. You’ll enter the house with a keypad entry, then step into a large mud/laundry room complete with a washer and drier. A great place to kick off your shoes and hang up your jacket. To the left there is a beautiful new bathroom complete with a large soaker tub, perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of traveling or work. From there you’ll enter into the completely furnished kitchen. It has everything you’ll need to prepare your favorite family meal. There is a large island with four barstools and extra storage underneath. While looking out the window above the kitchen sink you can capture some of the most beautiful sunsets over the St. James Winery vineyard. Off the kitchen is another full bathroom, a bedroom with a king size bed and closet. Walk back down a small hall and enter into a large dining room with a farmhouse table that seats eight. There’s also a desk and chair if needing to take care of business duties. There is a bedroom off the dining room with a full size bed and a small closet. On the other side of the dining room there’s a large living room with a oversized chair, ottoman, cozy couch, and a loveseat. Perfect place to cuddle up and watch your favorite streaming services on the 42inch smart television that’s sitting on the mantel of the faux fireplace. You’ll also find games in the buffet table against the back living room wall. To the left is a large bedroom with two full beds. Off the end of the living room is a large sliding door that opens facing I-44. There’s a large deck with two famous Cracker Barrel rockers that you may enjoy while watching the cars travel down the highway if you choose. Throughout the house you’ll find fuzzy blankets, chargers, coloring pages, and games to play.

Coffee, tea, creamers, and sweeteners are provided. Just bring your own groceries! In the kitchen there's a tall pantry, in the pantry you'll find small items for children including a baby bath, toys, and nightlights. You'll also find pet care items in this closet. The dining area has two chairs at the table and four bar stools at the bar, with separate lights over each. The desk workspace is equipped with a Bluetooth speaker, filing basket, and drawers, where you'll find extra USB cords. The couch in the living folds out, you'll find extra bedding in the closet in the living room. The smart TV hangs above the entertainment cabinet where there are games and playing cards. Some of the softest blankets are found draped along the couch and over the corner of each bed. Just off the main living area is a small hallway leading to the bathroom and two bedrooms on either side. Soak in the tub and enjoy anything you may need including shower essentials, blow drier, make up towels and more. Each bedroom is equipped with queen size beds. In the closet you'll find velvet hangers and the pack and play. The laundry room is located off the north bedroom. In the laundry room you'll find washer and drier as wall as vacuum, mop, and broom. Located on the metal shelving you'll find laundry detergent, dryer sheets, steamer, extra cleaning supplies, and first aid kit. All windows are treated with sun filtering pull down shades and curtains. Outside the home you'll find a seating area on the back deck with party lights draped around the top. The backyard is the perfect area for your little ones and or pets to play. If you are looking for more to do you're just a short walk from historic downtown Saint James. The space
The Cozy Cottage boast a long private driveway, enough for multiple vehicles. Enter through the back door off the deck into the home. You'll be greeted with a warm inviting area to kick off your shoes and hang up your jacket. Grab a snack in the fully equipped kitchen that’s complete with a spacious cooking area, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, spices, and a thorough coffee cabinet. Coffee, tea, creamers, and sweeteners are provided. Just bring your own groceries! In the kitchen there's a tall pantry, in the pantry you'll find small items for children including a baby bath, toys, and nightlights. You'll also find pet care items in this closet. The dining area has two chairs at the table and four bar stools at the bar, with separate lights over each. The desk workspace is equipped with a Bluetooth speaker, filing basket, and drawers, where you'll find extra USB cords. The couch in the living folds out, you'll find extra bedding in the closet in the living room. The smart TV hangs above the entertainment cabinet where there are games and playing cards. Some of the softest blankets are found draped along the couch and over the corner of each bed. Just off the main living area is a small hallway leading to the bathroom and two bedrooms on either side. Soak in the tub and enjoy anything you may need including shower essentials, blow drier, make up towels and more. Each bedroom is equipped with queen size beds. In the closet you'll find velvet hangers and the pack and play. The laundry room is located off the north bedroom. In the laundry room you'll find washer and drier as wall as vacuum, mop, and broom. Located on the metal shelving you'll find laundry detergent, dryer sheets, steamer, extra cleaning supplies, and first aid kit. All windows are treated with sun filtering pull down shades and curtains. Outside the home you'll find a seating area on the back deck with party lights draped around the top. The backyard is the perfect area for your little ones and or pets to play. If you are looking for more to do you're just a short walk from historic downtown Saint James. You enter The James Stay directly off of Old Route 66. The driveway is long enough for two cars, a third could park in-front of the deck if needed. You’ll enter the house with the provided door code. You enter into the living room, there is a coat rack behind the door to hang your jacket on, kick your shoes off there if you’d like. To the left is an oversized comfy sectional and to the right is the 65 inch smart TV. The living room flows into the fully equipped kitchen and the dining area. Off the dining area you’ll enter into bedroom number one, complete with a queen size bed and a small closet. There is an extra blanket and pillow in the closet. Walk back through the kitchen area to a small hallway. The bathroom with a full shower, double vanity, fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, cotton rounds, Qtips, plenty of towels, hair drier, and 3 rolls of toilet paper is on the left. On the right is bedroom number two with a queen size bed, there are games in a basket up top of the closet along with an extra blanket and pillow. You continue down the hall through the laundry area with a washer, drier, and supplies for a few loads of laundry. Past that is bedroom number three, with a queen size bed and a large closet, with two extra blankets and pillow. There’s also a desk and chair where one can conveniently work from the house if needed. There is a door that exits from the bedroom to the fully fenced in back yard, you may also enter the back yard from the gate by the driveway. In the back yard you’ll find a little fire pit area where you can gather around with family, friends, and pets.
