"Located in old central Poppi adjacent to the castle of count guidi. Excellent breakfast provided. Incredible view from our room. Very spacious room with comfortable bed. Wife gives five stars for the shower! Within walking distance to the entire central “old” Poppi and to the downtown Poppi area. Staff was very friendly and accommodated our every need."

"The whole venue is very large with houses in different sizes and styles. We had a one bedroom Apartment with all amenities including a private terrace and just footsteps to the pool. There is a small shop where you can buy groceries, wine or forgotten beauty equipment. But the venue definitely is the Cherry on the cake. Though the road to the fattorie is a bit adventurous."

"We stayed in the Tre Baroni for 6 nights and it was wonderful ! Friendly and helpful staff, beautiful clean rooms, fantastic views of the woody hills and the castle of Poppi, great breakfast (on the terrace when the weather permits), very quiet, a swimming pool, an excellent restaurant (I don’t know if it has Michelin starts, but it certainly deserves some), another simpler and also very good restaurant a few kms up the road… We are enchanted. Can’t wait to go back !!!"

"HSL is a nice small hotel, conveniently located near the center of the Historic center of Poppi. My wife and I drove there, and Google Maps didn't do so well, advising us incorrectly that we had arrived at our destination. A call to the hotel resolvedit; the excellent desk clerk guided us real time out of the center, around the congestion and one-way streets, back up the hill and into their parking lot. Only about a block from where we'd been, but it seemed like miles. Maybe she does this a lot. The room was simple but spacious, and it had a view. The breakfast was diverse and tasty, the location was perfect for walking and the service, as already mentioned, was impeccable. We'd return in a heartbeat."

"We stayed one night in the Three House "Nido." It was a unique and special experience. The staff is attentive, thoughtful, helpful, kind, and very welcoming. The place is marvelous, truly beautiful and immaculately kept. Our treehouse was fantastic, brightly lit and with its own private garden. The room was beautiful, welcoming, very clean, and warm! Chef Michela's dinner was truly delicious, with much appreciated and friendly service. Breakfast was equally rich and delicious. What can I say? A truly unique experience, highly recommended for all types of trips (family, leisure, couples, relaxation, etc.). The staff is always super attentive and available for any request; on the day of our arrival, they were always ready to answer our phone and text messages for any of our needs. A special mention to the staff. We will definitely be back, thanks again! Tiziana ;)"

"We left a day early out of desperation, my partner had booked this property for two nights and we found ourselves last night without radiators for a good 4 hours in the evening, it was snowing and cold outside, let me start by saying I have two children aged 2 and 3, we have I was very cold.. even though we informed the reception of this inconvenience they said they would fix it well I never slept due to the cold and I checked both at 2, 4 and 5 in the morning always turned off the next day despite the discomfort and the cold they offer us to go to the suite by paying 50 euros more... that is, a nice structure would cost me around 50 euros? Instead of apologizing to us and actually repaying us, you tell me that you will move me with 50 euros more....thanks for ruining my birthday present...you could have simply said sorry after making us spend a night in the cold and move us to a suite for free seen that the problem of the malfunction was YOURS! WHAT CAN I SAY BEAUTIFUL STRUCTURE but I would never go back there again... moral of the story they wanted the money for both nights even though we left just after lunch because the radiators still weren't working. What a figure for 50 euros... very bad sensitivity towards of customers and especially towards two small children...shame!"
