It's about a 20-minute drive from Airlie Beach; if you can't book a restaurant there, you can stay here. The photos match the actual place, and the stay was very comfortable."

"A very nice, clean, comfortable motel. Obviously has been refurbished and done to a very good quality. Bed is comfortable. Room is big enough for us (couple, I’m sure there are probably bigger rooms for families). Parking is a good size and in front of the room which is excellent when travelling. Shower has great water pressure and very good hot water, a necessity after a long day on the road, We didn’t get to meet our hosts as we arrived late but very friendly and helpful on the phone"

"Location is ideal for walking to all shops and dining. No noise at all. Very safe stay, which is important to me, travelling on my own with my young granddaughter. Seamless check in. Our Host Tracey was in contact throughout our 1 night stay, and wished us safe travel on our departure. The room was very nice, having obviously been refurbished recently. Very fresh, comfortable and spotlessly clean. It had everything we required for our stay. Easy parking in front of rooms. Was a wonderful experience from start to end. Great value. Will definitely stay again if heading that way. Highly recommend."

"Clean and comfy. Great staff. If you manage your expectations you will not be disappointed. During my 5 nights, I used it as a gateway to the Whitsundays, without having to stay in Airlie Beach (which I do not like). Make sure you understand the bus timetable. One is in your room. Bus to whitsundays is ahout half an hour and you can get a day pass for $1. This is a motel, so if you want the resort experience you will want to stay in Airlie"

"I’ve been in Proserpine for 5-6 years now and have always loved the local Met and the staff ..But since they have employed the new guy Richard who is absolutely hopeless and won’t serve or do anything unless someone with authority is around and pathetically sucks up to management and always has a bad and lazy attitude towards the local patrons when no one else is around . Have to ask him to serve because he’s to busy talking and doing nothing"
