How much is a bottle of water worth? The charges are understandable. But that hotel at the same price doesn't charge after four bottles of water. The key is that this service attitude is really unacceptable."

"A perfect choice for family trips! We booked two rooms on the same floor, making it convenient to care for elderly guests and children. The hotel has free parking with ample spaces, so driving is no problem. There's also a free laundry room, so we can wash and dry the kids' clothes anytime – super convenient! The staff member, Xiao Zheng, was warm and attentive throughout our stay, answering all our questions promptly. This was a perfect experience, and I've already recommended it to my friends!"

I gave up and woke up the next day and there was still no hot water. The hotel didn't even have the most basic hot water, and I had to wait in vain. The front desk customer service was very polite, but I couldn't accept the solution. The manager or customer service said they would open another hotel nearby for me. It was already 12 o'clock in the middle of the night and I was very tired from coming to Pucheng. I also had a lot of luggage to carry and it was raining. It was a very bad accommodation experience."
