"High-quality hotel, great location (100 m to the beach, walk through the forest). The food is of the highest standard, I recommend dumplings with duck and Pomeranian duck in the H12 restaurant (the chef is a great professional). Rooms comfortable, well-equipped, clean. Professional and very helpful service. On-site facilities include a swimming pool, gym, climbing wall, SPA and sauna area. It's hard to find something better in Władysławowo. I recommend! I will definitely come back! Thank you! Small but important things to improve: showers in the changing room at the swimming pool and sauna are damaged - it certainly affects the hygiene of the pool itself, the gate to the beach is completely out of order and noisy, the elevator jams, the gym needs to be slightly retrofitted, the restaurant staff at breakfasts and dinners are training, cleanliness of toilets at "0" level leaves much to be desired, there is a lack of good coffee and places to drink it (apart from the H12 restaurant, of course)."

"We stayed here for a single night while exploring the area of the Hel Peninsula - which is probably pretty unusual for this place as most people stay here for many days at a time, if not weeks, I bet. That being said, it was a nice time - we highly enjoyed the rooftop patio with a nice wine selection (by glass or bottle), the room we got got upgraded to a suite with a water view, which was a very nice gesture by the hotel, and a very welcome one to simply sit on the balcony in the morning and enjoying the sound of waves + the views of course. We got the package with the dinner buffer + breakfast, they were served at the same restaurant, and while I really enjoyed the breakfast selection I thought the dinner was a complete miss and would have gladly paid separately for the actual dinner with a la carte menu on their rooftop patio knowing this beforehand. Also, the parking for 90zl a day was a bit steep, considering this is still slow season in May. Overall a very nice hotel, perfect location by the water, definitely enjoyed the beach chairs included in the rooms (there are also loungers on the beach) - would totally return, would simply skip the dinner buffet and opt for the a la carte restaurant on the top floor - go for it, you won't be disappointed!"
