"This was a last minute change from our original plan to stay in downtown, Taranto, Italy (my mother's home town.) It was too congested in the city so we luckily found Hotel Mhami, a beautiful and modern new property close to the beaches in Pulsano. Owners Silvia and Fabio were so friendly, nice and helpful! In fact, all of the staff were and they made us feel so at home and were so accommodating. I loved the decor of the rooms and the lobby. It was very beachfront modern. The complimentary continental breakfast was delightful and I couldn't get enough of the made to order Italian cappucino. We had a last minute visit from a large group of extended family who met us in the hotel lobby one afternoon. Immediately the desk staff came over and offered everyone something to drink and brought over snacks, even though they weren't a bar. How nice was that!"
