The room and bedding were dirty. The pillow was a joke. The towel had holes. You could hear everything being said in the next room. There was only one teacup for three people. The worst part is that we had to waste our precious time finding a new hotel, and only after checking into the new one could we go on excursions. They didn't refund us for the second night. The hotel manager needs to either love their job or not do it at all."
