"We stayed off-season, and the hotel was half-empty. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Both the indoor and outdoor pools were open, and the water temperature was very comfortable. The room was spacious, but the light switches for the bathroom were inconveniently placed, and water leaked out of the shower. Otherwise, everything was great, and the nearby mountains are stunning."

We stayed for a night so we could experience some of the amazing activities they offered. The staff were welcoming, especially Ms AAYGUN and Mr. AMIK at the front desk. We had a great time and the spa was a great addition. Perfectly located for outdoor activities, Wherever u stay in Shahdag u have to come to ZIRVE HOTEL for all the activities as the main ticket booking centre is just under ZIRVE .As we are vegetarian JAIN the restaurant had something to offer us for the breakfast and lunch ,this hotel is a fantastic choice for an adventurous yet relaxing getaway."

"This is the worst 3 nights i stayed in Quba in this Hotel 1- Hotel rooms are very old and dirty 🤮 “Many furniture need replacement “ 2- carpets are dirty because its old &stained🤢 3 - no life guards in swimming pools 😱 4 - food is good but the same over and over daily 😓 5- In website when you book you can’t select your view and you pay the same So , even if there is a lake view room they would rather fill the mountain view first and you will find a huge car parking view 🤬 Extra bed 60 manat 🤬🤬🤬and it is very dirty cheap bed 6- in website you do think this is a resort with all facilities However, most of them are not working and the rest you have to pay again So it is a 3 star hostel basically….🤑🤑 Finally my honest review, workers and employees there are very friendly and helpful as most if Azeri people ❤️ Especially thanks to Amel from activities However, their management is not willing to invest some money in this hotel 👿🤑 I would not go again to this place even if offered free stay 🥱🥱🥱🥱 By the way i took hotel suite which is very below average and not worth the money"

"Concluded the business trip with a pleasant stay at this hotel. What I liked the most: The hotel is a new, modern property with a terrific guest room that has a large bed with a comfortable mattress. The heating system in the hotel is nice with a warm bathroom floor. A tidy hotel, cleanliness is top-notch throughout the property. Breakfast was nice with no limits. There is an elevator in the hotel. Hospitable, and accommodating staff with smiley faces, quickly responsive in all terms. Super Wi-Fi speed, the signal is strong everywhere, whether in your room, lobby, restaurant, and so on. A well-equipped conference room for free of charge. A nice small garden to take a walk in with a coffee shop on site. All kinds of different coffees with delicious desserts. The hotel is really a nice place to stay whether for business trips or simply to relax with friends and family."

"The hotel has a beautiful view. I didn't enjoy the food much, but it was diverse. The restaurant in the evening was good. The spa is nice, and the pool has a mountain view. The room is lovely. At first, there was a small child next door who was very loud, so we asked to be moved. They relocated us. We left a day earlier than our paid booking, and they didn't refund us. Unfortunately. The mountains had melted significantly, so there was no point in staying. It was raining."
