The room also has a balcony where you can sit and enjoy the morning view, and a clothesline to hang your swimwear. If I ever visit Ranong again, I'll definitely come back here. All the staff were very helpful and ready to assist. The breakfast was delicious, and they even helped me find a songthaew to take me to the pier. Thank you so much!"

"Great spot and a nice little cabin style accommodation. Bathroom was open around the edges but not too many mossy s came in that way. There was a lot of mossy s around when opening the front door. The room had aircon and a fan, fridge hairdryer and kettle. No coffee or tea sachets provided. Breakfast was good with a selection on 2 days from the buffet and then last day alacarte. Great spot on beach. A lot of places seemed to be closed due to low season."

"An almost perfect resort. First things first. The pool area aswell as the tropical vibe of this hotel ist just awsome. The design of the Pool area is truly well made and looks beautiful. Staff takes care of the beautiful tropical garden everyday. There is some minor things, that could be optimized, that would make it perfect. Covering the stuff areas with some bamboo privacy protection, a sunken firepit instead of an empty rotten whirlpool, maybe some tropical bamboo umbrellas instead of the cheap looking blue ones. But all this should not sound like that this place is somehow not really realy nice even at the moment. I just have some minor critics which should not need much effort to make it a perfect stay. So far there is no toiletpaper on any toilet pool/restaurant. Thats just not good in my opinion as an european traveller. Even for our room we had to ask for toilet paper on the arrival day, because we haven't had some there. Since then we got some everyday. So that was fine. One other thing was not really good. The restaurant and food was good but the music selection there was crazy. A mix of tukish and weird songs where you expect some relaxing loungemusic. And the music was too loud aswell, but maybe thats just because the songs were pretty bad. A "cafe del mare" playlist would make make a big difference for sure. And one final thing, but thats not the fault of the hotel itself - we were expecting a relaxed island and resort. What we got was a relaxed island, beautiful resort, but a lot of screaming kids in the hotel who defenetly affected the atmosphere in a bad way. If this place was 18+ it would defenetly be better. All in all just minor things to complain about. If you book a trip to Koh Phayam, you can have an awsome time in Flower Power resort. PS: You should defenetly sell mosquito protection like spray and webs in your shop :-)"

"The service is very negative. From check in to check out. There is little parking space, but the room is good, the location is good. The staff are not smiling, all have sullen faces. They don't say thank you, no problem, sorry, wait a moment (sir/ma'am). 1. When I checked in in the evening of 11/8/68, the parking lot was full. I had to find my own parking space. The staff let me park on the opposite side of the accommodation, very close, but under a tree. And at that time, it was raining heavily. If a branch broke, the accommodation would not be responsible. Fortunately, a car left the parking lot, so I got a parking space. So I asked the male staff, what if I go out and come back to the full parking lot, where can I park? The staff said to park next to the breakfast area, do not park next to the cafe because it is for customers to load and unload luggage. Customers can walk (come back to the accommodation in the evening, there is a parking lot, so there is no problem). 2. The accommodation uses a PSI TV box (which nowadays people use Smart TV). I pressed the wrong button, causing me to not be able to watch TV. It came up as a lark screen. So I went to inform the staff at the lobby (the man is well dressed but has very bad manners. The whole time we received service, he did not smile and acted annoyed. Unwilling to serve) We said, "Excuse me, but the TV is not working. It's in the form of a watermark. Please take a look at it for me." She looked annoyed, sighed, and said, "I pressed the wrong button, so it's in the form of a watermark. Press the PSI remote, not the TV remote." Then she followed us to the room without even asking which room we were in. When we got to the room (my boyfriend and sister were in the room), she didn't say sorry at all. She complained that she pressed the wrong button so she couldn't watch it. So we told her that we didn't know how to do it, so we had to bother you to come and look at it. Then she fixed it for us before walking away. So we asked if we pressed the wrong button again, where should we press? She told us. 3. On the morning of 12/8/68, the breakfast kitchen staff (the man with bad service) had to show the breakfast coupons. We gave them to this staff member, who was standing near the coupon table, but he didn't accept the coupon. He told us to leave it on the table (that table is near the entrance to the kitchen. I'm very confused as to why they didn't put the table at the entrance to the dining room and clearly put a sign that the coupon can only be placed here + putting a basket for the coupon would be good. It must be convenient for the customers. Not for the convenience of the staff) +++ While we were sitting and eating, a female customer walked in. During that time, this staff was arranging spoons and knives in a basket (near the coupon table). The customer handed the coupon to this staff, but she pointed for the customer to put the coupon on the table while still holding the knife in her hand (the staff was very rude). 4. Back to the matter of parking, point 1. The staff said, "Please park in the area next to the breakfast area. Do not park next to the cafe because it is for customers to load and unload luggage. Let the customers walk." But, but, the next morning, there was a new Benz and a Honda Civic parked next to the cafe. What is this? Are the staff discriminating??? All that I have said, I have been contacted and received an apology over the phone from 1. The person who told me he was the manager. 2. The person who told me he was the representative of the accommodation owner."

"Overall, it's good. The room isn't very big, but it's worth the price. It's clean and tidy. We stayed for 3 nights. The first day, the housekeeper cleaned well, but on the second day, we asked for cleaning, but the housekeeper came very slowly. We went out and came back and it was the same as before. The housekeeper didn't speak very nicely, so we were a little irritated. But in the end, the housekeeper came quickly at noon, so we calmed down. Overall, it's good."
