"We chose SOOK Hotel for one night in Ranong during our rental car road trip from Bangkok to Phuket, and we were very happy with our choice. The hotel is beautifully designed, making you feel comfortable right from the start. The rooms are very comfortable, with large and very cozy beds. The air conditioning works perfectly, and the rooms are clean with separate wet and dry areas. There's ample parking right in front of the hotel. The location is also very central, with restaurants, cafes, natural hot springs, and attractions all within close proximity. During our stay, the public park, just a 10-minute walk from the hotel, in front of the Rattanarangsan Palace (a historical teakwood replica), was beautifully lit up at night. If you're passing through Ranong and looking for good accommodation at a fair price, we can highly recommend SOOK Hotel."

"Looking at the photos, it looked like there was an old and a new building, so I booked a ”Superior Twin Room (Main Building).” It was actually quite different from the photos, but I still had a comfortable stay. There were no problems with the amount of water and temperature in the shower, and the bathroom was kept reasonably clean. Considering the price, the service was quite satisfactory. Ranong has several hot springs, and I think it's a great tourist destination for Japanese hot spring lovers. It was a very fond memory."

"The price without breakfast is a bit high. If it included breakfast, it would be more worth it. The accommodation is minimalist style. The room is not big but it smells very good. When checking in, you get free drinks depending on the number of people staying. The bed is very soft, very comfortable to sleep on, and there is also Netflix to watch. I recommend you try staying here, it's really good."

"I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had several issues, especially with the bathroom. The water temperature was extremely unstable — it kept switching between very hot and very cold within seconds. It was quite stressful, especially since I have a small child. While bathing, the water suddenly turned scalding hot, which was really worrying. Because of this, we couldn’t even take a proper shower. Aside from the water problem, the room itself was quite small and felt a bit cramped and stuffy. It wasn’t the most comfortable environment overall. I hope the hotel can fix the water temperature system soon, as it really affected your customer!!"

"The Galla Hotel is a good choice. It offers a clean, modern, and comfortable stay. The sheets and washrooms were clean. It has spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and friendly staff. The on-site Korean restaurant provides a nice breakfast. They have a gym too. The location is near the walking street and food and restaurants were readily available."

"New hotel, clean, next to the hot spring tourist attraction. Good service staff but the parking lot is quite narrow."

"A perfect place to stay while visiting Ranong with clean and spacious rooms. There’s a huge parking in front of the lobby if you are traveling by car. They have a nice restaurant and a cafeteria which I highly recommend to visit if you want to have some local food or get souvenirs."

"This is actually a lovely hotel with an ambitious 1990s design, an infinity pool on the roof, spacious rooms, and good art on the walls. My main issue was the noise from the poorly maintained air conditioning units, which apparently weren't properly insulated from the building and produced a loud humming sound throughout the evening and night. Someone really needs to address that; sleeping without earplugs is impossible. I also found it disappointing that I couldn't even get a coffee at the hotel in the morning, let alone breakfast, as the hotel's cafe only opened in the late afternoon. The hotel really has charm and great potential."
