"Rubbish hotel, poor service attitude! There are all kinds of black people, old Mexicans and weird guests living there! Next door to the hotel is a cemetery! There's always all kinds of noise going on upstairs and downstairs! The night before I left, I negotiated with the hotel to pay US$45 the next day to delay check-out until 14:00. However, I regretted it the next morning because I couldn't make it back, so the hotel directly deducted the full-day room rate for that day and asked me to come back. They reasoned, the front desk had an indifferent expression, it was just a button, there was nothing they could do! In the end, Ctrip was generous and helped me make up for the loss! Not recommended!
