"The hotel is very nice and the staff are great, very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good, especially the fritters. However, cleanliness needs to be improved. The water pressure is very slow in the morning. It would also be helpful if the hotel could provide Indonesian plug adapters for guests to borrow, and if possible, have an iron in every room. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay at this hotel."

"The location is quite strategic, close to the Alun-Alun Mosque and some large shopping malls. I changed another room because the first one was not clean enough. There were some dirty dots and stains on the sheets. The staff are friendly enough to help me change the room. It also requires a 100,000 Rp deposit for every room. The reception is a 24-hour one, so it is not hard to get the deposit back when checkout."

Bathroom: There's no divider between the shower and toilet, so the floor gets wet everywhere. There's also no anti-slip floor, which is a bit dangerous. 2. Bedrooms 2 and 3: There's no makeup mirror; only the master bedroom has one. Other than that, it's great, and the villa's biggest plus is that it's pet-friendly 👍👍"
