"Inaccurate info from jump street. When they were selling me the $500 timeshare preview they told me I would be able to stay in. New Orleans. Turns out none of the weekends I need to be in NewOrleans were available so we came to Branson. We never got or emailed confirmation as promised despite repeated calls. I was told we'd be able to use amenities at big cedar. That turned out not to be true. At the actual timeshare sales meeting you are required to attend, they told me that my daughter and I could go to the marina and rent jet skis and use kayaks and paddle boards turned out, you can't do that. Basically, if you want to sit around at a pool all weekend, this is an OK place to come, but you're nowhere near Branson, and there is no shuttle to anything else. Basically its pretty boring. Also not really clean."

"Absolutely relaxing moments at the Cliffs. Easy to access facilities and employees are helpful. I would definitely visit again. It's location is encompassed on beautiful grounds with a pool overlooking the lakes and small hot tub that is actually a nice hot temperature. Even though it was busy , you could still find a chair near the pool. There are even tables in the shade. You can access the grills to do some cooking and fire pits for evening relaxation.There were games /activities for the kids. There was a neat hands on activity every day at the activity house, limited seating though."
