"Good place to stay for easy access to airport and travel links lukebtrain, trams and bus. Good food, especially breakfast. They have breakfast foods available for those who are leaving to catch early flights as well. The place can be somewhat dusty and not good for those with dust allergies or asthma. Had booked the accessible room which is nice and big. The only issue is that its far away from the main lifts and the carpet is a pain to drag wheels on."

"The hotel is located right inside the terminal building. We spent the day exploring the city, then took a 20-minute train ride from the city at night, arriving directly at the hotel. It was much more convenient than taking a taxi. The hotel staff were warm and attentive, and the room was clean and tidy, with a large bed and a sofa bed, easily accommodating three adults. The soundproofing was excellent, making our morning flight the next day very relaxed. The English breakfast had all the usual offerings, and the hash browns were delicious. The freshly squeezed orange juice was a pleasant surprise, sweet and tangy. Check-out was self-service; we just dropped the key card into a mailbox in the lobby, then headed to T2, which was less than a 5-minute walk away. Extremely convenient."

"Booked this hotel as we land in Manchester airport at midnight. Safely arrived at the hotel, receptionist notified us that the hotel is fully accommodated and they have upgraded our booking to holiday inn which is right across the road instead for free! Top notch problem solving skills! Will definitely return to this hotel if needed in the future. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻"

"One night stop before getting off for cruise in China and Japan Staff were very attentive and friendly, easy check in and great location for terminal 2 departures, Uber to the airport only £11 Stayed before and breakfast choices are good, food hot and plenty of variety"

"Spent good money to stay in the hotel, as was near airport. Unfortunately they charge to use their car park, even though staying at their property. Which cost me an extra £40 just for a day and a half. Also they never had any sanitary products for my daughter. So I had to walk across to the train station, across the busy road to buy her pads. The room and bathroom are very dated, the bedside Lights did not work, there was no fridge in the room. Not value for money."

"The hotel check in process was quick and easy and we enjoyed a comfortable cosy night during the snow storm. The hotel location was perfect and was very easy to access Terminal 2 at Manchester airport. The drop off car park was also located right outside so it was easy to get all of our luggage inside easily. Would recommend to for anyone flying from Manchester."

"Overall it’s an ideal place to stay for catching a flight from Manchester Airport T2. It does offer comfortable accommodation and a plus for providing free shuttle to and from the airport. However, an unwanted issue occurred on booking the shuttle service at the right time . Although I have made several efforts in emailing/messaging the hotel with details of our departing flight, we were told that we only needed to make the booking upon check in. When I did just that upon checking in, I was told the shuttle service of the right time was fully booked and presented with somewhat unrealistic options: walk with our immensely heavy and numerous luggage bags or take a later shuttle service and hope for the best that we would have sufficient time to get through all formalities to catch our flight. Fortunately we just managed to catch our flight in time."

"Customer service was terrible. Booking in process awful. Noise level in rooms is really bad if you are near a fire door as it slams shut all night in the corridor. Breakfast not great. Hotel was clean but window didn’t shut in room. No sleep"
