"The service was so-so. There was no water kettle in the room, and when I asked to borrow one, the staff refused. I had to boil water in the lobby and then carry it up to my room on the second floor, which was very inconvenient. I suggest providing each room with its own water kettle; it's not expensive, and the convenience of guests should be the priority."

I came back a few days later when I was feeling unwell and the staff took care of me again. I would recommend - the price is great and the location is good too."
