"Car park, quite room, comfortable bed, good shower and excellent breakfast. I had read a few neutral reviews but my stay exceeded expectations. I had everything I needed and wanted. I had a room overlooking the carpark which was very quiet. I will stay here again. Walking distance (19mins) to central West Bridgford, easy walk to trams and bus stop outside hotel."

"The stay was generally fine, but we did encounter a few issues: 1. We were not informed in advance that a new PIN would be sent by email shortly before check-in. We assumed the PIN on our original confirmation was the one to use and spent quite some time trying to figure this out. No one picked up the customer service phone line. 2. We were unfamiliar with the key vault system and again spent time working out how to open it. A simple instruction sheet on the wall would have helped. 3. The shower design does not prevent water from spilling onto the bathroom floor. 4. Using {sitting on} the toilet during a cold night was uncomfortable because it is not heated."
