"I loved this best house! From now on, my mom and I will always book in the same room we stayed in this time. Room 6. This room had everything we needed. It had: 4 beds 2 Bed rooms 1 bathroom A mini fridge Even a TV! The breakfast was so clean and the food was amazing! It is a few minutes walk from Europa park and as a child, I really recommend this area for you and your family ❤️"

"Excellent location and good breakfast, but that’s where the positives end. Stayed in room 1, family room in the loft. Unbelievably warm on a night, the fan unit said the temperature was 30* in the room. Only a very small window in the bedroom to ventilate, there is a large skylight but if it’s open there is no way to stop the light coming in so needed to keep it closed to try and get the kids to sleep. Small portable aircon unit was provided, but way too small and gives out more heat from the vent tube at the back than ii manages to push out. Room is just not fit for purpose and feels done on the cheap. It needs proper aircon or ventilation fitting to be used in summer. The whole family struggled to sleep and did really impact on our break."

"Perfect location with a street shop selling drinks snacks alcohol coffee fresh made to order pizza. Bedrooms are quite large but no storage, only hangers along one wall. We did find a large drawer under the end of the bed on the last day so be sure to check. The rooms are serviced alternate days. Bathroom has a large walk in shower. Breakfast can get busy with people fuelling up for when Europa park opens, but good choice of bread, meats, cheese fruit and hot choice of bacon and eggs. Internet was strong and had no issues. Outside there are bus stops to take you to rulantica (free bus no7231) and to and from Ringsheim station. Overall we found the location perfect and the hotel delivered on every front. Highly recommended. "

"No one to welcome us despite having warned. Obliged to take a hotel in an emergency with two children in the low age. The hotel doesn't want to know they say that is our problem! He did not pay us back despite the fact that we couldn't enjoy the night. No gesture, he collects the money, he leaves the customers on the foot. They never tried to find a solution just firmly tell us that it was our problem and not theirs."

"ABSOLUTELY AVOID! We booked a night with a friend, we were at the theme park for the day and sent a message before 7:30 p.m. (check-in end time) to warn that we would be 10 minutes late. She simply told us that it was not possible, the person in charge of handing over the keys had already left and this famous Christine simply left us outside in the cold (end of November) without any mercy. She then gave no more news, no response to our calls and messages but nonetheless collected our money. We contacted booking who requested a refund from the latter who refused it and who had the nerve to send us an email saying that we did not show up. We had to pay for another night in a hotel after staying more than an hour and a half in the cold while we found a solution. People like her disgust me. Never book with her!!!"
