"The overall experience at this hotel was quite good. The room was very clean, and the layout was well-designed. I especially appreciated the thoughtful design of the bedroom, which was enclosed with a door to ensure a very quiet environment, greatly improving the quality of sleep. The only downside was that the room had only air conditioning and no water heating, which made the air extremely dry. Even with a humidifier turned on, it didn’t help much, and my throat still felt uncomfortable at night. If they could improve the heating system or provide better humidification equipment, the experience would be even better!"

"It was Mid March when we arrived but the snow was still thick and plentiful- the perfect setting for these Canadian style log villas built from Canadian timber. Our assigned villa was very warm and comfortable with easy parking outside. There is a very cozy bar and lounge area in the main reception with a large log fireplace. The sukuyaki/shabu shabu dinner that followed was amazing. The ski fields are a 5 minute drive away as are the shops and nearby restaurants and izakayas. All in all an excellent location and beautiful hotel."
