"Stayed here recently, the hotel is very modern and we really enjoyed staying here. Everything was perfect from the spacious, beautiful and clean rooms to the friendly and helpful staff who helped us with a couple of toiletries we had left back home. "The hotel is of a very high standard Includes all spa services And has one of the highest levels of service we have seen in Israel. However, we were disappointed to discover that the heated pool was actually heated to an inadequate temperature, which meant we didn't get into the pool at all - we expected more than that."

"We really appreciated the hosts thoughtfulness towards ensuring we had everything we needed to keep Shabbat comfortably (Shabbat timer, hot water urn, candles, etc) and the delicious kosher breakfast in the morning. Hosts went above and beyond to make our stay in Tzfat magical!"

"We had stayed at the Ruth in the days when it was managed by Rimonim. Now it is with Dan Hotels and we stayed for two nights in July. The lobby and public rooms seem very much upgraded and stylish. Buffet breakfast excellent and varied. Oranges to squeeze for fresh juice available one day for us but we were too early for them the next. We had one buffet dinner, which was of great quality (it is worth getting to the restaurant early) and had intended to do so the second night but the buffet restaurant was shut then. It would have been useful to have known that. The hotel has a new wine bar which is an atmospheric, grown-up spot, located in a converted cellar. Excellent and extensive selection of wines and a small menu of light bites. Very enjoyable. Rooms were very clean and the soft furnishings pristine but the door jambs and furniture were a little scuffed and tired. I guess these will be renewed in due course. We stayed in the Geffen rooms and had lovely views over the valley. Gardens are beautiful and there are plentiful seating areas in which to relax. We didn’t use the pool this time."
